No indications until ordering the drink system is down and they're unable to fulfill combos. Would have appreciated signage on the door to alert me to this prior to getting out of the car. Also checked around drivethru and there is no indication of this for customers there either.
Food is on par with a typical taco bell, no orders at the register and only one of the two order pads operational. The shop was a ghost town, complete woth sticky floors reminiscent of walking into an old movie theater.

Vegetarian options: Persons tend to came out by the door to ask for food.

I ask for my taco to be grilled, they say NO! Loud enough I can hear. What happened to customer service?? Everywhere else they grilled except chef. Also he looks real angry. My guy in front is nice but the chef got to go.

Bad Nachos and worse service. They really chose to save $1 over continued business.

Nachos hardly came with cheese. Noticed only once i got home. Went today to ask if they can make me a replacement for yesterday order. Manager said “sorry i cant without receipt”. I told her i have receipt. She says “sorry i cant without the order” and says to pull up to window. I tell her i dont have the order but had a video of the bad order. She says shed only be willing to replace the cheese. I gave up and just took my tiny cheese replacement. Wont be going back.

Night crew here gets my simple customizations incorrect all the time. It's frustrating as hell, especially because it's so consistently wrong. I don't eat meat. I order the VEGGIE Cravings Box. Meat in a black bean Crunchwrap is messed up, man.

Curb Appeal

We were only two people there inside & it took at least 10-15 minutes to get our order. Seems that drive thru has priority. Haven't gone there before because parking access is bad. Will NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

Hit and miss with this place!
Last night food was fresh and good, tonight is was NOT! Service sucks, as they forgot to put the complete order in the bag (yes, I know I should have checked the bag to see if I have everything, but I didn’t).
When I drove back, they gave me the missing items but out of courtesy for the gas that I burnt to get back there, they should have offered a complementary thing on the menu, considering that the prices are pretty high for the size.
No complimentary stuff = bad review! Learn some customer service solutions or get bad reviews!

10 dollars for cantina chicken which says 2x the chicken. I literally got 2 small pieces and a half scoop of rice. No way in hell this should cost more than 3 dollars
