The workers tonight were so unfriendly ungrateful and unprofessional. Im shocked they have a job at all. Never been meet with such rude employees with no customer service skills of any kind. And the food taste just like the service they gave out. Absolutely pathetic. If u hate ur job and schedule so bad then quite!

I’ve visited Tako Bol multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The food is often cold, tough, and nearly inedible. The tacos are hard, and the fries are so tough that they can’t be eaten. This is not the quality I expect, especially considering the price. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and freshness of their food.

This taco bell locks there dinning room doors way before closing time is posted. And I didn't want to even eat my food inside, I needed to order inside and was taking it to go!!!!! I do not have a vehicle so I can not go threw the drive threw. Which is still open until 3am this restaurant and every resteraunt but one(weinersnitzlle-has a pedestrian walk up outside to order and a drive threw,but they don't take EBT so I can't even eat there.) All other fast food restaurants are like this. Can't eat after 9 or 10 pm endless u have a car!!!!!! It's so unfair!!!

Drive through girl looks at u and stares after the window opens…. Ok, no hello how are you doing?? Hand just extends out for the card still nothing comes back with food then says have a good day and gets mad when I don’t respond smh what is with these youngsters smh

food is ok, the tacos r always so thin. this particular time i mobile ordered and set it for the drive-through once I got there I seen that there was at least a few cars in the drive-through taking their sweet time so I just decided to go inside because I’m not gonna wait for people make up their mind i just want my food. Once I got in there, no one acknowledged me for at least 5-7 minutes. I was checking my Apple Pay to see when I last ordered my food. It was already 10 minutes. Doesn’t take them that long especially when people order in the drive-through get their food with three. I was about to walk out so I can just go to the drive-through to get it when I was suddenly acknowledged they gave me the cup To fill my drink, I ordered it From the drive-through because I wanted them to get it from the back the one from your lobby baja blast taste disgusting and watered down. I hope you guys know that, people order it from the back to get it from the back stop handing the cups back to people to get it themselves, unless they ask you to hand it to them or you ask them. I couldn’t even ask the guy to do it from the back because The people that work there only care about people that go through the drive-through no one that’s in the lobby so I’ll take that as a note. I ordered 15 mild sauces so I could have some for my tacos and just have extra at the house and they didn’t even give me one. some of ur staff What about it? is absolutely horrible. The drive-through lady who usually hands me my mobile orders is very kind always tells me to have a good day and everything. The guy who gave me my cup was kind. But everyone else making tacos seen I was there and didn’t care, to go inside and not be acknowledge. When you specifically mobile orders, you can get your food and leave makes me incredibly irritated. horrible staff tn. this was the watt location 9/9. Reminder to never go inside if you order from the drive-through.
Meannya and her manager were awful. I ordered 3 tacos without the shell and they were just so confused on how to put this in a tray. I tried to dumb it down as basic as possibly could be explained and they were still confused and rude. Won’t be coming here again. Drove to Marconi and had no issues. Managing partner should be embarrassed that his shift lead and worker was so incompetent, rude, and driving away business. When I worked at the one on junction, this would have never been allowed.

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible not only is the service absolutely atrocious but the food is sometimes not all that good either even the way that the driveway and the drive-thru was set up is absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for this franchise owner and to be quite Frank I doubt whether he even cares

This was my first time being at this particular location. I have to say the way this location made every single item of my order has to be THE BEST EVER than any other Taco Bell location I've EVER been to. I was surprised that each item was prepared perfectly.. from the perfect portion of meat, to perfect portion of veggies, with just the right amount of cheese. I had a Deluxe Box and a Mexican Pizza and I can tell whoever prepared it, prepared it with care and has a passion for cooking/food prep/food. I applaud and give compliments to the chef. I also have the Taco Bell App and had forgotten to present it at the register for rewards points, and the cashier, who was very kind and gave great customer service kindly showed me that I can scan the barcode on the receipt to be able to earn points for my purchase. I'm not from nor do I live in the Sacramento, but I would most definitely come back to this Taco Bell again if/when if I ever am in this area.
