We were wanting to eat inside, but once we got inside, we realize that every table was very dirty. Even the floor is sticky. Might’ve been one or two clean tables possibly but all of them were really dirty. So we went to the drive-through so far the service is alright but a little slow.
Food came out all correct. Everything tasted good. The sausage are all there. Everything was hot. Hopefully the kitchen is cleaned up in the dining room.

It's taco bell, pretty decent food and quantity for the price. Super slow on takeout now due to them handling so many delivery orders which is a shame, in person service should be faster/bigger priority.

I wish this place would at least offer so verison of customers service. Or at least say that they don't care on the front door. I choose to go inside due to my little one needing to use the restroom. I asked for the code was given it then the key pad didn't work after trying to get someone attention my little said she need to go else where so we left and had to use the neighboring restaurant restrooms. Then we came back there was a guy who walked in and the cou ter women made sure to unlock the door for him! I felt like my money (35 bucks) wasn't worth anything thing to them. I get that it could have been an oversight on her part but I asked her about it straight up and she had no response she just turned around. So I'm guessing she had a problem with my queerness.... I will be writing corporate and the franchise owner. Sad it's 2024

This Taco Bell has to be the slowest Taco Bell in all of Sacramento. The line is always constant, with each order feeling like 5 plus minutes. Currently writing this review as only one car has moved in 10 minutes. The service here is equally trash, there is a 50/50 chance I actually get what I ordered. Ordering online seems to do nothing also since they wait to make it when you get there. Love Taco Bell, hate the location.
