The workers do not care about people at the counter. My food was supposed to be ready at 11:02am. I waited until 11:24 for my food. I figured it would be fresh. I went back to work to find all of my food was cold and soggy because they had it sitting there ready and were just catering to the drive thru. Plus the food was just thrown together messy and the burrito was inedible. For $20 an hour they should be trained better and give quality food. It will not let me add a picture… I guess they don’t want people to see their crappy job at making food. The meat was on the outside of the burrito and the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper .

The drive-through line is totally chaotic. Every time I visit, I end up waiting at least 45 minutes, regretting my choice. I'm confused about what the staff is doing, and I definitely won't be returning.

1st time goin since opening, of course bcuz double-decker returned!!! My son LOVED his Luxe- Box!! My grandkids tore their cheese-roll & soft-taco UP!! My double-deckers were AMAZING & EVERYTHING was freshly made!!! Only 1 THING- I know its not workers but maybe 🤔 company itself- ground beef has ZERO flavor anymore...it's purely greased-over & most places do the same....just want some spices 2 come thru, how it use 2 b in the meat!! Thank u 2 our food staff & drive thru worker!! VERY polite & helpful!!! 🙏💯🙏
