I just went in this place with my kids. and I saw a girl Inside on the table drunk and she was staring at my kid and saying bad words I told her to stop she didn’t and I left without even placing order. I am pretty sure she was the manager because there was not a tag on her chest and the worker told her to stop she didn’t that mean she was the manager because if she wasn’t they would just call the police\cops but they didn’t. I would never go to this place again.

Just went is this taco bell. when i went inside I saw a indian girl that was drunk and saying bad words out loud and no one told she to stop i think that because she was manager and if she was she was the worst one ever. don't ever. Recommend this place because if the manager is like this that means the whole think will be like this. but the worker were very nice and, expect the worker and food everything was worse then a garbage especially the indian girl who was drunk and her legs and were shaking and I am sure she was the manager being honest I don't even want to give it a star just giving because of the food and the worker were nice.

I was just driving in the down town , and I was hungry then I stopped at the Taco Bell after that when I got off my car, I saw a girl outside of Taco Bell and I think she was the manager drunk think she had drink one whole bottle of alcohol or something like that. She was cursing at me, saying all of the bad stuff to me, saying all of the bad Words and she can’t even stand on her own legs her legs was Shaking and then I just went in the Taco Bell, she followed me and sat the table next to me and she had alcohol on the table and she was drinking it saying bad words I do not recommend this place to go at all. This place is very bad for kids for kids under 18. I mean she has like literally drinking alcohol. And her legs were shaking I do not recommend this place at all even worse than a dumpster or garbage truck And the worst part is, she was the manager. I think I am pretty sure she was the manager of that place worse than our garbage. I had to give it to one star, but I am being honest I will not even give it a 0.1 star

May have been a busy night, but took 45 minutes to get our food. Had probably 30 uber eats and door dash guys come in that time. The four of us waiting inside were all there waiting for a very long time. It was around 8PM on a Sunday. Food was as expected.

I love that this Taco Bell Cantina location is open late night! A nice downtown spot to grab fast food and an adult beverage with a date and/or friends -- one of the few places downtown still open at 2AM!
Kid-friendliness: During the day, it tends to be very much family friendly, but can get a little turnt right before the bars and clubs get poppin' on the weekend
Wheelchair accessibility: It isn't the most spacious location but is wheelchair accessible and meets ADA laws and regulations

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a door dash order and my dasher waited over 45 minutes for “fast food”. Neither of us could cancel due to DoorDash policies so this person was stuck waiting the entire time with no communication from staff.
Don't recommend coming if you're in a hurry, they are quite slow and usually forget things, they even lost the persons order ahead of me so he had to re-order his meal after waiting 15 minutes

The security guard would not let me in after my wife was already let in. Was told once my food was ready then I could go in. So my wife was left alone inside while I waited outside for 30 min and then let me in because they were about to close. Don’t recommend coming here. The guard in the picture takes his job a little to serious for a Taco Bell

They kept up with demand it was pretty busy for Halloween weekend everybody was friendly I'm not a big fan of the touch screen feature it kind of takes away from the experience but it's where everything's going
