I ordered 15 sauce packets and got none on a ordered for four people. I asked the cashier for more and she told me I need to ask the line. I asked the line and they gave me 3 packets. Pretty ridiculous for a $30 order.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOM CONDITIONS - Just because one bathroom is “broken” doesn’t meaning should have to walk on stranger’s urine and defecation EVERYWHERE. You should be MORTIFIED of your establishment… meanwhile, like 8 people working. SMH this is a biohazard - staff so rude and non-understanding or caring at all. Shame

leaving a review that simply is to point out that it is a normal tb cantina but it is by far the worst in terms of ever giving you the dang salsa/sauce packets. you order it, they wont give it. you point it out, they might give you 3 packets. you can spend $70+ for a group of friends and they will never pony up enough sauce packets, will consistently do this, not just once in a while. so this post is petty, but so are they. every time!

I love Taco Bell but from last couple time when I ordered nacho fries and bean burritos rice was uncooked and fries was cold. I don’t live too far it takes me just 10steps to get there

Food prepared incorrectly, was missing items, and was handed to me cold. I had a mobile order and it took a considerable amount of time before anyone helped me. I also found a burnt charcoal bit in my Crunchwrap. The place itself is disgusting and incredibly dirty.

to start, food portions were extremely small and not up to standard whatsoever. on the way out, there was a LITERAL COCKROACH crawling across the floor and when it was brought to the workers attention, he had the audacity to ask if I WAS THE ONE who brought it in and “left it”. i said no it’s literally just crawling across the floor and he didn’t care. i took a photo but im not able to post it with my review
There was an active shooting outside. Food takes forever to be made and is somehow lukewarm? Employee was trying to joke around but he was just being weird and making everyone uncomfortable. I ordered a vodka freeze and he made it with tequila? Don’t recommend, it’s not safe to linger outside.
