My favorite place! I pretty much don't go anywhere else if I want tacos or burritos. Don't miss the Al Pastor taco with pineapple!Vegetarian options: Cactus tacos are tastyDietary restrictions: My Celiac/gluten free friend is the one who first took me here so that says something about it.

We popped in after a softball game that was far from our house and didn't realize they were closed for a private event. They were really great about accommodating us and although we told them we didn't want to get the order to go because of the long drive, they found us a spot to sit and eat without disturbing the event. The food was really good and they were very attentive. We would totally go back when the bar is available as it looked like alot of fun!

This place is amazing! Food was super yummy, loved the atmosphere and the option for the bar area, and I admire that it is family owned and ran. Truly a lovely establishment and can’t wait to go back!

It used to be $9 for a super burrito, now it's $15. Much more flavorful than chipotle, but smaller portions.

The cocktails are absolutely delicious and their fish taco reigns Supreme for all eternity. That is an understatement. The pastor taco is amazing too. The vibes are always on point and the bartenders know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Newly opened. The recipes tasted like they came from Grandma's kitchen . Like comfort food from Heaven. Had the camaron burrito. Fresh ingredients and made with love. Staff is really friendly. TV 's are on for sports, etc. Near Sacramento St and geared to a wide variety of clientele. I'll be back.Vegetarian options: All dishes can be made sans meat

First time here, but it won't be our last. Found Tacoa Tacos on Yelp after a search of the best mexican tacos in Sacramento. My grandson and I were attending the Kings game later in the evening and were looking for some legit mexican street tacos, and Tacoa didn't disappoint. We each ordered 4 tacos to start. I ordered one of each, carne asada, carnitas, buche, and a fish taco. I enjoyed every single one of them. I felt I was back in baja. They were so good, I had to order another one, chorizo. Man, I enjoyed every single bite. We also liked the salsa bar, which satisfied every heat level you might be looking for. Plus, I enjoyed the pickled carrots and jalapenos. Now, with all this food, you have to have something to wash it all down with. I ordered first a Pomegranate Margarita and then a Blood Orange Margarita. Both tasted great. My grandson & I were so happy we found Tacoa Tacos y Tequila. We moved from San Diego about 2 1/2 years ago to a small town north of Sacramento named Colusa. We have been struggling to find good places to eat near us, especially mexican street tacos. But we definitely found a gem here. We are already talking about the next time we eat here. We will be back. Thank you, Tacoa Tacos y Tequila. See you again soon.

Just had a flavor fiesta at Tacoa Tacos! Let's taco 'bout the Super Suiza an absolute must-try. It's not just delicious, it's like a flavor party in your mouth and, yes, it's as big as it is tasty. But heads up, taco enthusiasts: the tacos are a bit on the pricier side compared to the rest of the menu. Worth it? You bet, but just something to note. Order your food in the main line, but if you're in the mood for a drink, you'll need to swing by the bar they keep the alcohol and tacos on different dance floors. Parking? They've got a sizeable lot, but the surrounding streets are like a mini urban safari busy and bustling. The staff? Always sporting smiles and serving friendliness on the side. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, they make you feel right at home. Tacoa Tacos, you've got my taste buds' seal of approval!
