This is the place for tacos!!! My wife and I came here this morning for the first time after driving by so many time. They cook on real charcoal. The meat is so flavorful. The portions are huge. The price is perfect for the quality of food. Very clean kitchen, awesome staff. This is the place if you want authentic tacos. Forgot to mention the hand made corn tortillas were amazing! The salsas that they had were perfect! We dont live to far. Good to know this place is down the street. We will be back soon.

Great place to eat. Great food. Got a pork burrito. It gets packed. Only bar stools along front windows to sit. They need a bigger place. Located on the corner of 65th street and Broadway. Parking lot is always full so park on the street.

I’m from LA, born and raised. Moved to Sacramento a few years back. Takes a lot to impress me when it comes to tacos, burritos, and Mexican food generally. This place blew me away.
Delicious burritos and tacos. Savory as hell. Soft and crispy tortillas. Tangy and spicy salsa. Perfectly seasoned and tender meat.
I can honestly say I have not said “holy shit this is good” after biting into food in a long time, but that first bite of their asada super burrito made me say it. They gave a ton of salsa, limes, radish, peppers, onions, and some rice and beans.
Nixtaco has the best nontraditional taco. But Tacos 65 has by far the best casual dining burrito and tacos in all of Sacramento. And I had this food delivered. I can only imagine what it’s going to be like when I go in person.

It’s really clean and cute in there. I decided to just try this place out because it’s near by where I live and I have to say that was the best burrito I’ve had in a minute. Also the green salsa verde is so flavorful I highly recommend getting that sauce!

First timer based off the reviews I read I was super excited to try their food. First impression, small tight parking lot with no availability to park. Secondly, inside is just as small with a fist full of seats. Finally the food was average. We got two burritos and a side of guacamole 🥑. Guacamole was bland and over priced for the scoop I received. The burritos were dry and oddly shaped. The asada lacked flavor but I could taste the grill smoke but still dry. Long wait time as it is quite busy. Overall not worthy for a return visit.

The menu is short and simple, no need to think alot, get to the point and order! I've tried about almost everything, burrito, tacos, and quesadilla, the meat is tender, juicy and flavorfulll! Yes I mean full of flavors! I would rate this taco shop the top 3 of Sacramento. Every other taco shops the meat is just not the same. Anyways, I come here at least once a week or other week since I work close by, I do recommend the orange sauce! It's best to go in and try for yourself! Love the home-made handmade tortillas! Love it, try eating just the tortilla by itself. Youll undertstand what i am saying. The service is great, I could say better than most franchises, owner is very magnanimous when it comes to them messing up the order by accident. Owner gave me a free meal even tho It was my mistake by the misunderstanding. Very good guy. That's why I would keep on coming back! And of course because the food is deeelicious! The atmosphere is great, I get it, it's like a grab n go type of thing but of course if you want to sit and eat, there are seatings. Also, there was a secret menu, not anymore, but Bring back the EMPANADA!!!!
Food was good but service was HORRIBLE. Tried calling in to order for pick-up (called at 11:00) to avoid the lunch rush. Was put on-hold. Decided to just go in. When I got there, I was still on-hold (got there at 12:00, an hour later). Ordered my food (No. 43) and had to wait 45 minutes for it. What annoyed me the most was, people who ordered after me got their food before I got mine.
