TAEZA'S BOTTOM LINE BBQ LLC

We hired Taeza’s Bottomline BBQ to cater for our wedding, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. He sat down with us before booking to sample all of the food he could prepare and helped walk us through a menu plan that fit our budget, and we still felt like we were getting incredible value.

Communication was professional, quick, and easy from the earliest planning to the venue logistics, and Roger was super flexible during the entire process. On the wedding day, Roger and his crew were fast, efficient, fed everyone quickly, and personally came out to make sure people were enjoying the food and had plenty for seconds. I was able to take all of the leftover food home after the wedding was over so we can still eat well for months to come. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good barbecue. Thank you!

We tried Roger’s catering at a wedding a few years ago and the food was phenomenal. We decided to go with his service for our wedding as well. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to cancel our wedding. Roger refunded us our deposit. We greatly appreciate his flexibility & kindness. We will definitely book him in the future.

Taeza’s catered a party for me. It was awesome. The food and server were there an hour early and everyone loved the food. The server was really great…so helpful.
The communication from the owner was excellent. The event was also affordable!

Staff was super friendly. Food was DELICIOUS. The Beans were very hearty with the brisket chunks. Ribs were very flavorful. The brisket was on the shredded side but was.still good. Got a 2 way and couldn't finish, which is a first for me at a BBq spot. This place is good!

Hands down the best Mac & Cheese I've ever had! I also tried the brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing. This place is definitely a must-visit! Be sure to double-check their hours since they offer catering services and might be out on a catering job. It's totally worth the stop, and the prices are great too!

This BBQ place Taeza's on Elder Creek IS NEVER OPEN!!When call some type of voicemail.This place seem to be CLOSED FOR MONTHS,just an food truck sitting out front!!Ask the tamale lady next door said NOT open for business!!😧😕😮

You can’t call you have to walk in and order and it’s just one guy so it takes a little longer than a meal break but the meal is good really good if you have the extra time to lose

Great brisket, we enjoyed everything here. It's a nice small dinning area with clean restroom. Great prices and nice staff.

My family has been looking for a new bbq place since our favorite restaurant closed last November. Well tonight I found our new spot. Stopped in and let the owner know that it was my first time there. I couldn't decide between the brisket sandwich or the pulled pork sandwich, so I decided to get both. Brought the sandwiches home and my husband loved both types of meat. We will definitely be going back.
