Sunday night and it took an hour for our food. Short-handed or not, they didn’t warn us an in-store order would be an hour. DoorDash orders were flying out the door. Not sure how cold the food is yet. Slow service. LAME!!!

I got a customized Lavender Tea mixed with a House Milk Tea. It was delicious. The Boba is good but I have tried better. I will visit again soon.Parking: There is a public parking lot

Great food and drinks but the atmosphere is like that of a club, it’s loud and the music with foul language not very pleased to sit down and enjoy the great food they have. Any one can listen to whatever they like but how can you even take your family out to eat and our children have to listen and hear that language. Disappointed because I really like their food but probably would hesitate to come back. I would recommend the to others but with the warning of what they might have to hear.

The lack of staffing kills the quality of product and service of this tea spot. Smooth, sweet, and cold drinks are afflicted with tough boba pearls. Taro was sweet but low in actual taro flavor. I saw two customers turned away due to them running out of boba pearls; my order likely had an old batch. The interior was somewhat modern but a little dirty, and I only saw two employees throughout. Hence my wait time was 15 minutes. Many food options are available here but I only came for their tea drinks, that they are named for. More staffing is needed here

Pleasant little place with a good variety of options for boba, ramen, and poke. Place has good vibes and feels very inviting. Food is good, ordered ramen and a chicken rice bowl for a decent price. Would recommend trying them out for a quick snack/drink.

Taichi is the boba shop I will take an indecisive Capricorn to. There are so many options for food AND drinks at this boba shop - if I were to present this store to the United Nations, every representative would have something they'd enjoy. You can order basic boring fries on Tuesday and Michelin level poke on Thursday. The service has never been an issue for me and I live for the giant boba at the entrance. It's giving "I pledge allegiance to this big boba cup of Taichi Boba Shop"

Boba tea was great. Tonkotsu ramen was really spicy, but flavorful. I'll definitely be back.

I've had a lot of milk tea and boba in my day and never have I tasted a bad taro milkshake. Sometimes it's a little too sweet or milky, but always drinkable. This was first for me. The first sip of the taro milkshake I tasted here was so gross that I physically gagged. I don't think they clean their ice machine here at all. Couldn't have more than two sips of my drink because it tasted so bad. Won't be returning.

A clean, well lit area with a good amount of space to enjoy your boba. They offer a variety of foods so you can grab lunch or dinner with a dessert, or a small snack. The staff is friendly and the service is pretty fast. The drinks were decent and they're pretty generous on the toppings (based on the amount of lychee jelly I got). The bag they put their drinks in is also reusable!

Best poke spot around! Reasonably priced, lots of toppings to choose from and delicious! The restaurant itself is cute and filled with people just hanging out. (I normally just take mine to go) The boba is also amazing! I get the strawberry lemon boba tea (black tea base) and I'm obsessed!! The boba itself isn't hard or overcooked- it's just right and sweet. Overall great pricing and food!

I was in love with their sushi burritos!! I felt like the woman serving me wasn't too happy that day but it disappointed me to not seeing her be more grateful for a quiet generous tip. Hope she felt better afterwards regardless!! I like the "Vibey" feel the restaurant has as well!

Scratch everything I said in my past review, TaiChi has definitely redeemed themselves. My friends and I decided to come back because she had wanted a bowl and I was craving their spicy ahi tuna. The cashier was very sweet and patient with us. I thought I would need soy sauce and sriracha for the burrito, but it doesn't need it at all everything was seasoned and carefully made. Will be coming back again!

I have visited Tachi Bubble Tea a couple times and it's a decent restaurant and drink shop. I have always ordered my drink or food to-go. The seating area is pretty typical and there always seem to be enough tables available if I wished to eat in-person. I believe I even saw some outlets along the wall, so that could be a nice option if your battery charge is running low. I have tried both the sushi burrito and a sushi rice bowl. You must complete a form to select your base (burrito, rice bowl, salad bowl), rice option (white, white w/furikake, brown rice, brown rice w/furikake), green base (salad and/or spring mix), proteins (lots to choose from some raw and non-raw options), mix-ins (again lots to choose from), flavors (ex: cucmber, cream cheese, edamame, kimchi etc.) toppings (sushi egg, cilantro, green onion, seaweed salad etc.) and crunch (fried onion, fried garlic, fried wonton noodle or teriyaki seaweed). You are supposed to be able to select flavors or sauces on the side, I chose this option both visits but only once was it prepared in that way. The proteins may be purchased in a combination of 2, 3, or 4 proteins or add on extra scoops for an additional $2.50. I felt that the portion sizes were decent and so were all the add-ins. I wouldn't order this to eat later as I noticed the rice didn't seem to stay the optimal texture when I ate leftovers a few hours later. I have tried a couple drink options. My first visit I asked the employee for some suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew to ask if I preferred caffeine or no caffeine and a milk base or fruity option. I have tried the Taichi Jasmine Green milk tea with pudding, the Sweet potato Zang Zang special and the Wintermelon milk tea. The Zang Zang special I had was the puree topping. You either need to mix the drink really well or expect to have milk with random bits of puree. I actually really enjoyed it as it wasn't a sweet flavor. The wintermelon milk tea was too sweet for my liking. I definitely would need to adjust the sugar level if I were to order this again.
