We're from the Bay Area, and we've stopped by here twice for drinks over the last year when we were in the area. Both times we've been very impressed at the quality of their drinks. They are very efficient and friendly, and today they described the drinks to us in detail when we were having trouble deciding what to order - their recommendations were spot on! We will definitely be back again when we're in Sacramento.

Extremely disappointed. We clearly asked for less ice, yet the drink was filled with about 80% ice. When we complained, the staff contacted the manager, who said “sorry” but refused to do anything about it. Poor customer service and not worth the money at all.

My favorite boba shop in Sacramento. The tea to creamer ratio is perfect, and they add just enough sweetness to give the drinks flavor without relying too heavily on the sugar for flavor. They give very generous portions of boba pearls in each drink. The owners and workers are all super friendly and make you feel welcomed in the shop. This is the place I always bring friends to and no one has ever been disappointed here.

Love their Thai tea, an absolute favorite. I just wish we could adjust the sweetness. However, I just ordered their matcha latte and man oh man, their matcha is disgusting. Im not sure if it was a one off. Tea18 has always had really fresh, and perfectly crafted tea. But their matcha tastes really low quality. I would avoid that one

Love the drinks here!!! They only have 2 sizes: medium and large. My favorites are Hokkaido and High Mountain milk tea. I tried the coffee milk tea today. It was pretty good!!! I always come here to grab and go. Never have to wait for long to get my drinks. Staff is so friendly and nice. Plenty of parking.
