Local coffee in a quiet and relaxed vibe. Temple takes care of their employees and covers training and health insurance for them. I can support that for sure! The pour over coffee was great- I think personally I prefer a latte but I appreciate the taste and care put in the preparation. Erwin the barista was super helpful talking with my partner about doing pour over at home.
I normally don’t post reviews but we had such a good experience I needed to! My husband and 2 kids (2 & 4 years old) stopped by for coffee & breakfast while road tripping & staying the night in Sacramento. Visited recently and tried one of their most popular coffee drinks, really enjoyed it. The coffee was smooth, well balanced, and clearly made with care. The space felt welcoming, and service was friendly and efficient. Overall a solid experience and a great spot to grab quality coffee downtown.
