Wanted banh mi sandwiches but didn’t want to wait in long lines at the usual places. Found this place on google and decided to give it a try. The sandwiches were good, the prices were comparable to other shops. The best part was there were no long lines and wait times. I would come back here again.

I highly value quality customer service, which can often feel lacking in many places. I wanted to share my positive experience at this “to-go” food spot. It’s a popular choice among busy Vietnamese families looking for ready-made, family-style dishes like braised pork with eggs or caramelized fish—meals that typically require significant time to prepare at home. This place offers that convenience along with other items, like banh mi or coffee for $5-$6 a refreshing option in a market where many items exceed $10. They also serve vegan tofu and a variety of fried rice dishes.

What truly stood out, though, was the gentleman who helped me. He was genuinely kind and welcoming, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. I hope more people give this place a try—it’s well worth it.

Called in to pick up a few sandwiches, took my name down and let me know it would be ready 10 mins . Wonderful sandwiches, crispy bread, large size, good proportion of meat to veggies. Grown up in South Sac, one of the top banh mi places around!

They also have ready to go items on the counter, some things in the fridge, and an additional menu (on screens up above). Friendly cashiers, answered any questions I had with ease!

I have been to this place many times, and every time the customer service has always been exemplary. My old mother loves the bánh cuốn and bánh ướt here. Today, I tried the chả lụa and it tasted amazing. I don't have to spend a long time waiting to get what I need compared to the other sandwich place close by.

I don’t know why this place has such high ratings. I ordered the Vietnamese sandwich, egg rolls, and some steam rolls from the counter. The bread for the sandwich was so old, hard, and dry. It was extremely disappointing. I could hardly taste the pâté. The egg rolls were crunchy but all you taste is noodle. The steam rolls were a couple days old. They are not fresh. I wanted to find a place that would top Duc Houng, but I guess they still reign supreme for Vietnam sandwiches. I have never gotten stale bread from them.

We ordered the goi ngo sen (lotus root salad) party tray. Small is is $40, and large is $60. Easy to order by phone and the man i spoke to was extremely polite. Like dang I wanted to give him a hug. The party tray was a hit and I will definitely order other stuff from them in the future.
