The Boiling Crab

Host Claudia or whatever gave no attention to me and my cousin, gave out wrong info, which we later found out from another server that she said I ordered the stuff she suggested. My cousin catfish was not cooked completly and not good she said. I got a crab boil that the host messed up with that. Waited for our bill and had to ask another server how we pay. The whole night was just weird. I felt like she new me and i took her man or something lol, either or ill never be back. Ill stay were the food and service is better at Crab Boil of 65th cause clearly these kids got time to play in your face. I even left her a lil $5 tip cause maybe thats what she was going off. We probably didn't look like toppers so she gave us the bare minimum, who knows but she didnt deserve it but I no the service industry up to this point and you get what you deserve. I should left $3 but im better then that and her so she got the $5 for a lesson to be learned even though im sure she does not care in real-life.

The Boiling Crab is the kind of place where you know things are about to get messy—in the best way. I remember cracking into a bag of spicy shrimp and realizing why people rave about it. The garlic butter sauce is addictive, and the whole experience feels loud, casual, and fun. Come hungry and don’t worry about staying clean.

Food and environment is awesome, unfortunately the 2 times I have visited this location food was ordered incorrectly after repeatedly correcting the host. The host did speak to fast and mumbled low. When the food arrived the host questioned and looked shocked after telling him the food was incorrect we did not order those items.

Not too spicy and just right. I definitely recommend it! Javi was a great waiter and made sure we had everything we needed in advance. Javier did a great job, BUT THE GUMBO NEEDS TO BE MORE!!

Went lastnight for take out an hour before they closed got everything I ordered but the sauce that comes with the food so it ruined our dinner we live 30 min away too

The service here is top notch. The food is the best seafood boil we've had in California. Only complaint is the wait but that means it's great right?

Concept food, think Applebee's but with crab theme. Small portions, services was marginal at best and our table's food was terribly staggered when delivered; over 5 minutes from first plates while the rest of the party got nothing. Table next to us was seated after us and all their food was delivered before our table.
If you want the gimmick, visit this place. Otherwise, this is a definite pass.

You have to pay pay extra for anything sausage, eggs , potatoes ect not recommend no good service I went for my bday and was disappointed
