This is a hard one, services where on point! But the food for my family and I , not even close to being good, the only thing that tasted good was the chicken soup, and mixed drinks for my wife and daughter! My ice tea was good! But the rest of the food and salad not at all.

Food is not great had a mix of things Korean wings, pasta, fish tacos. At first thought normal pricing now days but after eating not worth it. My server was awful, table next to me had a different server she seemed wonderful they were joking they ate they laughed the left. They also sat down after me ordered ate left before we had our order taken had to walk up and find someone say I think we've been forgotten. Then after order food took twice as long.
Air conditioning a bit chilly only down side.. Great food..

I really enjoyed the whole experience! The food was wonderful. The server was attentive. And we didn't have to wait for anything. My favorite server at the Arden Mall location is Richard. That guy may knows how to be a perfect server. 🥰

My Delicious & Delightful Knicks Victory at The Cheesecake Factory Arden Tonight's visit to The Cheesecake Factory on Arden was a slam dunk! Not only did I get to witness the exhilarating dismantling of the world champion Celtics by the beloved Knicks (always a plus!), but I also got to savor some truly delicious food in a vibrant atmosphere. Opting for a seat at the bar proved to be a fantastic choice, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the bartender, Courtney. She was an absolute joy! Courtney was the picture of effervescence, effortlessly juggling her duties of busily crafting drinks while simultaneously providing top-notch customer service. Her positive energy was infectious and truly enhanced the entire experience. I started with their delicious quesadilla, which was packed with flavor and a perfect way to kick things off. For my main course, I indulged in the double smash burger, and let me tell you, it was to die for! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it was a culinary masterpiece. Unsurprisingly, after tackling the generous appetizer, I had to take the burger home to go – a testament to the portion sizes! The only minor hiccup during my visit was when the food runner mistakenly dropped off my entree at another customer's table. However, this was quickly and efficiently remedied by Courtney and her manager. Their prompt and professional handling of the situation was impressive and truly turned what could have been an inconvenience into a non-issue. Overall, my experience at The Cheesecake Factory on Arden was overwhelmingly positive. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lively, and the service, especially from Courtney, was outstanding. I will definitely be returning for more delicious eats in the future and sincerely hope to be seated in Courtney's section again. Highly recommended!
