This was Saturday Night experience. They have happy hour too!
I love this place. It's free to get in. pool table comfortable environment and friendly people.
Bartenders are awesome!!
My girlfriend and I are not from the area and we were looking for a place to have a couple drinks, sing karaoke and enjoy our night. This is not the place to spend your $ I got kicked out by the upstairs bartender without her getting any facts. Some dude disrespected my girlfriend in-front of the cultish community and I stood my ground respectfully. As I’m getting back to where we met a nice couple, the bartender rushed out and threatened to call the cops (not sure if it’s bc im hispanic) but she did not go up to the other guy, who was actually disrespectful. A poor judgement on the bartender, she should not be assuming anything. Would have been better if she called the cops as we did absolutely nothing. AVOID this place it’s full of negativity. SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT BY THE COUNTY. Really bad for the community.
Our go-to for going out in Sac
The worst, most racist, discriminating bar I’ve EVER experienced. Every single one of the employees we encountered were complete clowns. These types of businesses should not be operating by any means. DO NOT SUPPORT this business, you will be disappointed. At the end of the day, I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here!
Love home Depot. Self check out was great.

Every single time we try to come here there is an issue: they kick people out @ 12:30 and are completely closed by 1:30. Even gettin IN before closing is a struggle as the security spend a lot of time searching your bags/person like you’re strapped. Seems invasive like they enjoy it. WOULDNT LET US IN WITH A VAPE. & cigarettes. 🥱 Every single time we’ve come here it’s a competition to get in weather or not the bar is closing: worst case scenario go here. Worst experience for a gay bar I’ve ever had & were from MODESTO!!!

As soon as we stepped inside it was very dark so we didn’t see the person at the door. So that person had a bad attitude and did not greet us whatsoever. They were white…not sure what they identified as but they had piercings with a short buzz cut. Like this isn’t even luxury to be acting like that. Very bad for business.

Literally the worst experience of my life. Some friends and I got buzzed last night and we went into the same stall because we’re women and two of us were on our period. Male Securities LOOKED UNDERNEATH THE STALL and tried to force us out in the middle of me peeing. After my roommate kept saying we would get out after I was done using the restroom and to please stop looking under, they continued arguing and got in her face. We’re barely 21, they were older and taller and laughing in our face. They disrespected her by cursing at her and calling her names when all she was trying to do was explain why we were in the same stall. They hadn’t wanted to let us grab the rest of our friends and kicked us out.

I have never been kicked out of a bar until today, me and my friend were getting our day started at 5pm. Pulled up to the depot, we order an adios and the bartender (Diane or Diana) starts telling me that she knows when someone is drunk because they order that drink, and she starts arguing with me about my ability to handle the drink at first I thought she was playing with me but she was serious. I asked her if she was serious and she said she was which I was so confused because i had just arrived. I told her that i had been drinking those since i was 21 and she said she knew i was drunk as an adios to her meant like kicked out. I said i was not drunk and i was just getting my day started and maybe i should get another bar tender, which she replied with you can leave , so she asked the security guard to take us out. I looked at the security guard to let him know that we literary just order a drink and we are not drunk. So we are asked to leave. Anyways to anyone reading this review come to the merc they are way nicer and won’t turn you away from ordering a certain drink. This whole experience was wild I love the depot and I have never seen these person bartender before. losing business over someone who has an issue with the type of drink I order is crazy.

Night manager is horrible, as a manager downtown who comes in with other managers/bartenders trying to have good time but he consistently blocks us off at the door saying their not accepting new patrons on a Friday night, at 12:42pm. At this point we're sure it's personal. It's degrading to the business and hope it changes

Um, ive been out for 24 years, never kicked out of a bar before. I've been a bartender, a go-go dancer decades ago, guess things have gottenso sanitezed you can't even be buzzed. I used to kick people out for narcotics- thanks weird straight boys that made me stand in the rain for 30 minutes to get a lyft. Gentrification strikes again- another dead space.

Visited from out of town. Clique vibe. Just a basic dive bar vibe which is fun, we have great dive bars here in Seattle, but this was just kind of rough.

Security staff was aggressive in a place that should be welcoming. Choosing who gets to go in and gaslighting clients was not the way to go.
