I ordered online and my burger was supposed to have no pickle and no onion. They were busy and not only was my food wrong,I saw it sitting there for 10 minutes before being bagged. I go out of my way to go to Habit but I suggest doing it when they're not busy.

Best onion rings around. Drove all the way from Natomas just for their food. Wish there was one closer, but until then I will continue making the drive to Habit Burger. 😁

I received a mailer for a FREE chicken sandwich or burger with a $3 purchase. I chose a milkshake but the machine was down.. I joked about it being down due to my BAD LUCK and a very NICE lady double checked the machine for me and said it's still down.. So I got the fry/ onion ring side and a drink. Food was FRESH.. Fries were HOT.. Chicken sandwich was FREE. EXCELLENT customer service and fresh cooked food. I paid about $8 tip included.

Was starving for lunch and needed something quick and hearty. I didn't care forcall the kiosks especially when you want to customize takes much longer than to just tell someone that can physically take the order faster. Got a quick burger with sauces. I ordered to go but it took a long time to get the burger so I had to sit & wait for my order.
Yesterday I ordered the new chicken club sandwich, standard wait time of twenty minutes, cashier hands me my bag. I got home, discovered it was a Santa Barbara burger. What happened? I just recently gave you high marks.... Ouch. I would like to receive what I ordered.
