Ordered 3 meals on the app for pick up. All 3 of my burgers were made incorrectly. There was no one else waiting for food so it didn’t seem busy to me. Seems as though the staff is not paying attention to detail when making the food. I didn’t notice until I was home and by then it was too far to go back and have it re-made. We had to throw it out. If you go here make sure you check your order before walking out.

Had a terrible experience at this particular habit. Food was the lowest quantity I've experienced at a Habit Burger Restaurant.
I would not recommend. Look how much salt they put on the fries. Extremely pissed off.

I was the only person getting food and there are four staff just hanging out. They burned the burger and the fries were mixed in with old cold fries that were disgusting. It was raining and the floor was so grwasy you couldnt walk. This location sucks bad. Long time habit customer from ventura/sb. Close this location. My first reciew was "you cant go wrong with the food.." until i got further into my order. You actually can go wrong. If you cant execute one burger with four people, what are you really doing to your brand?

Got the Chicken club with avocado and bacon, on semi texas toast. Absolutely delicious. Also got onion rings. Just the right kind of crunchy. Yum. Tmi, gave me gas. Small price to pay. ;)
