I bit into and found a used, dried up nicotine pouch in my salad!!! I noticed on a bite that something was very chewy and different so I spit it out.I thought it may have been lettuce but then I started inspecting it. I could see the fibers of the pouch as I was pulling it apart and the clumped up nicotine inside. I have never been more certain in my life that it was a nicotine pouch.They refunded me the money but acted like I was at fault and it was lettuce. The cashier even had audacity to tear my receipt all sassy with attitude. I could care less about $12 I wish I didn’t even take the refund but that’s just nasty! I am irate!

I order my burger with leaf lettuce and they still used shredded, I'm allergic to iceberg lettuce. When I came in neither the cook or the cashier were doing anything and yet all of a sudden my order of onion rings had to be dropped to complete my order while the ones that had been cooking for my order were put into a pick-up order and put on a shelf for a person who wasn't even in the establishment. Meanwhile my burger was sitting in a bag on the counter getting cold waiting for the onion rings.

Very clean place and great customer service however the hamburger buns are stale/old . The bun crumbles as you eat your burger which makes you frustrated because you can’t really enjoy it!! A good bun is the key to a great burger!!
