Hidden Table was absolutely amazing at our wedding on 10/25/25 at Kinship Ranch. They made everything incredibly smooth and effortless, and they food was so good. At one point, my wife and I were taking pictures down away from the reception area, and Roderick actually took it upon himself to walk all the way from the reception area down to where we were taking pictures just to bring us some of the appetizers on a couple little plates. It was a really kind and thoughtful gesture. Roderick, Chris, and Erica were definitely a huge part of what made the night so incredible. Erica actually took a behind-the-scenes video for us too which was really awesome and sweet of her to do. Couldn't recommend Hidden Table more.

One standout dish we absolutely recommend is their miso-glazed sea bass—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. It was a showstopper on the menu and a must-have for any event.
The team was professional, attentive, and ensured everything went smoothly. While everything was nearly flawless, one small note for future clients: if you’re curating your own specialty drinks, be sure to communicate with the bartenders about where all your ingredients are stored to avoid any confusion. We had specialty cocktails but left some of our prepared ingredients inside the fridge at the venue and found out the day after that the ingredients were not used for our cocktails. Even though the team made the most of what they had. They should have investigated a little further.
Overall, the caterers went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Hidden Table managed not just our incredible food, but they coordinated our linen, flatware, bar service, and so many pertinent details that helped elevate our rustic outdoor wedding in Tahoe. With an exceptional assist from the lead staff, Jillian, not a darn thing was out of place. The team was on time (if not early), and worked with our coordinator and venue to transform our reception into a delightful and colorful experience!
And then came the food... We're not kidding when we say that this was one of the highlights of the weekend. Everything was cooked onsite and the team made our buffet line seamless and insanely fast. The tri-tip and chicken were homeruns, the plates were full of colorful vegetables, and the mashed potatoes probably stole the entire show!
