This place is always nice to go and hang out, have a good time, drink beer, cocktails, good tasting bar food.Services is a little slow, I think they only have like two people working including the bartender but other than that good spot.

My boyfriend and I came in to this place for a bite to eat on Friday 4/12 we weren’t greeted when we walked in they just told us to seat our selves . When we sat down Kristin G came and took our orders . When the food came out everything was fresh and didn’t taste bad if I can be very honest . BUT once we received our bill we noticed that we were automatically charged a $20 dollar tip and charged $1 more for everything we ordered . When I approached Kristin to ask who added the tip she stated that this was the option we chose which in fact it was NOT !! I told her we did not mind tipping but $20 bucks come on now . The food was decent but not $20 tip worthy . I asked for the tip back and Kristin then threw $3 bucks at me and slammed her register and stormed off . I approached the bartender asking for a manager and they stated “we do not have a manager, the owner comes randomly “. This whole situation has been a headache for me and my boyfriend because of the theft that took place with us on Friday . But after reading the reviews I do see that the workers here are very racist and will take advantage of NEW FACES and AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS.!!! Please do better .!! We are firm believers in fairness and equality and this place lacks BOTH !! Won’t be back !!

Was actually super disappointed. I actually normally have liked this place. I went on a Sunday. We were going to eat sushi but saw the Happy Hour sign standing on the walkway outside. Once inside, after sitting I requested the Happy Hour bite menu and was stiffly informed that there was no Happy Hour (which was fine, but why the SIGN ON THE SIDEWALK saying so. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, a Salad, 6 wings and 3 small tacos. The bill was $104 :/ Seriously. Very disappointed. On top of that there was something floating in my sons drink and upon the initial swipe I was overcharged over $100 and caught it. The bill was cancelled and reswiped, resulting in a hold on those fees in my bank account. I really am not one to complain, but would prefer my money back. A stark difference from my first two times going here. The waitress was kind however. I'm just really disappointed in the experience and didn't want it to effect the afternoon outing.

Came here for happy hour with some colleagues. I thought the happy drinks and appetizers were a good value, although they were out of a few things we tried to order. Fried pickles and tots were my favorites. Service was very attentive.

We went to the Hub during their happy hour and we had a great time! The entry is inside a gate that encompasses the patio seating into an open plan sports bar atmosphere with TVs and seating and a bar at the back. We were pretty early in the day so we grabbed a booth then it started filling up. The staff were awesome in taking our orders and checking on us during our visit. The drinks all looked so good that it was hard to choose! There's lots of happy hour options and lots of regular menu options. For food we got the Buffalo Tots and the Bavarian Pretzel with Beer Cheese off the happy hour menu (not pictured because we were hungry and forgot). The food was good and the drinks were good - all in all it was a good visit and we'll be back!

WHY WE WENT HERE:- happy hourTHE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE):- in a plaza off Natomas Blvd and Park Pl Dr- located in the same plaza as Marshalls and Bonchon- some enclosed patio seating available (need to access front door entrance through enclosed patio)THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE):- decent size (not a huge space, but not cramped either)- definitely bar/brewery vibes (by the various seating options available - booths, high bar stools at the bar, bar stool tables, and regular standalone tables and chairs); industrial look (exposed ducting and concrete flooring)THE (HAPPY HOUR) MENU (3PM-6PM):- $7- $6- $5- $1 off draft beers (small)WHAT WE ORDERED:- buffalo cauliflower bites- nachos (chicken)- mac & cheese- fried pickles- Patron Margarita Tower (mango, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon)THE TASTE:- buffalo cauliflower bites: spicy; I do not personally like buffalo sauce/seasoning; it wasn't bad just not my cup of tea- nachos (chicken): chicken was EXTREMELY dry; rest of the nachos was standard- mac & cheese: loved the use of the spiral pasta and the sprinkle of breadcrumbs on top; it was decent, but not super cheesy- fried pickles: I was expecting it to be fried pickle chips, but the pickles were cut like French fries, breaded, and fried; good; loved the sauce it came with even better- Patron Margarita Tower (mango, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon): mango was the best tasting; raspberry had a hint of the raspberry; strawberry and watermelon were pretty strong but not discernable by taste which was which (only by the look of which was darker vs lighter)CUSTOMER SERVICE:- warm, welcoming- one woman show

Highly disappointed pulled up from driving far to experience this food, and bar service, at the hub it is now 10:13 p.m. they don't close until 11:00 p.m. there's people chatting with the bartender and the host still receiving service turns us around at the door and she says just to tell you we're closed the kitchen is closed down but never even said that available drinks at the bar, along them chatting and continuously serving others that are there, we are an African-American couple just in case anybody wants to know no one else looks like us that was in there and hopefully that wasn't why we didn't get the alternative service to still be at the bar, the host did not even look as if she was making current customers leave they were still serving drinks as we speak and locked the door never again would I attempt to come back to this restaurant due to no hospitality. And I would not recommend it for any of my business and I am a travel agent. This is the picture of her locking the door of us and people still in there remaining getting drinks from the bartender.

Local place I wanted to try. Food wasn't bad. Moscow Mule was good but hard to screw that up. They ran out of iced tea. Supply chain issues? Lobster Ravioli was pretty good. Wife's burger was good but nothing special. Onion rings were really good. Nice and crunchy. Starter house salad was boring. Lets use some creativity.Service was excellent. She was very friendly, smiling the whole time. Very attentive and checked on us often without being pushy.Might be a better place for drinks and less for food on a Friday at 6 pm.

So I came here with some coworkers we had a little team building I guess event you can say. Either way we came up here and we had the pizza and I think it was some patron margarita tower, which was super cute and I also ordered I think a pineapple jalapeño Margarita with Casamigos, which was also amazing. The food was great. The service was even greater I can't wait to come here on my own and just try a few other things on the menu.
