I brought my daughter here before we saw a show on Broadway. My daughter is gluten free and they were VERY accommodating! They had a wonderful selection and very clearly labeled the menu so we could navigate allergies. Our server even notified us about one menu option we were considering, and what they could swap out to make it gluten free. It was such a special night for us, and as a allergy parent, I felt very relaxed eating at this restaurant while helped make our night even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back again!

The Melting Pot was such a fun and delicious experience! The food, service, and ambiance were all amazing everything felt special from start to finish. Our server was super helpful and made the whole fondue process really easy and enjoyable. Pro tip if you come with a party of four, you can enjoy two pots at the same time, which makes for even more variety and fun. The cheese and chocolate courses were especially delicious, and it’s a great spot for a date night or a special outing. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent service, very friendly, patient. The experience was amazing, highly recommend the 4 course option. They even accommodated for a shellfish allergy.

Well, after wanting to go here for many years, I finally went with my husband, for our anniversary. I have to say, I was expecting A LOT more. For the price, the food was just mediocre. I 100% could've made my own fondue, and cooking broth to taste way better. Don't even get me started on the choices to dip in the fondue. Cold store bought bread and lousy vegetables. Ceaser salad had candied pecans, not parmesan dusted pine nuts, as the menu suggests. The meat was ok, but I think the tuna had turned. The Coq Au Vin cooking style had way too much brandy in it, which, in my opinion, ruined the flavor of the meat. Although the Dark & Dulce chocolate fondue was the best thing on the menu, the Little Debbie's brownies and store bought pound cakes were very disappointing. Service was lacking. We weren't checked on, nor had refills on our water, but he was very friendly. We ordered the four course dinner for 2. $30 for 2 small drinks, $134 for the meal. The Melting Pot, I'm sure was a big hit when they 1st opened here in Sac, but they desperately need to revamp their menu, changing their location would help tremendously as well.

The amount and variety of food is great! Our server was very friendly and patient as he explained the process. As time went on it got crowded, so it was harder to communicate and hear.

Great food, the atmosphere was cool, the service was ok. Would recommend. It was fun taking the family and trying a new dining experience. Wouldn't do it often (very pricey). Great place for a dinner date with your main squeeze (unless you are trying to show off).

The biggest complaint was:
We made reservations through their website and add-on site (open table). It had us choose our time, meals, and offer add ons like rose pebbles and chocolate covered strawberries. However, we got there, and the add-ons were on the table, but they didn't know what we ordered. No big deal. They walked us through every step, and we got fat and happy.
