Server threw napkins on the table like she worked at neighborhood bar or something. Same with the gram cracker and nuts for the chocolates. We have always had great experience here, my daughter requests the MP for all special events(Birthdays, good report cards, and graduations). But after last night we will not come back. I hope this is not the new standard in service at Melting Pot. But you have lost a long time customer.
We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary. The booth was a bit tight but we still had a good time.
Awesome early dinner We went with the alacarte cheese and 2 classic entrees with the mojo cooking style. Everything was wonderful and so was the waitress. Great meal
We love fondue and like to go here for valentines day and our anniversary. Always get great service and a delicious and very filling meal. The dessert course is most excellent!
This my husband and I second time, checking this restaurant the food is excellent and the service is wonderful.
Birthday celebration, staff acknowledged this per my reservation note. Also server attentive and personable, bus staff was on point too. Great time will be back.
I do love fondue, but the last two times I've been here, the service has felt a little wooden. Not bad, just not quite as thoughtful as you'd expect from a higher end, higher price point place. I know it's a chain, but the servers don't have to feel that way. If it were me, I'd make sure that servers weren't just going through the motions (speeches, pleasantries) in sort of a rote way, and I'd encourage them to be a bit more real and genuine with their customers.
Food was really good. Quality of the meats was excellent. Felt a little disappointed in the cheese fondue. It's expensive and it seemed a little skimpy to me! They could have done much better on the amount served! Felt a little rushed as they kept coming to the table and asking to clear our plates that still had food on them! Did not like that! But overall the experience was nice, food was good and atmosphere was nice! I would eat here again but maybe pass on the cheese as it's not worth $28 dollars to me.
Love the Melting Pot. It's our favorite place to go celebrate birthdays and anniversary. Service is superb and our server is always attentive to service us.
We had a great time and the food was yummy! The big downfall for us was being seated in the 2 person cubicle. It was too small and with the metal post in the middle, it was hard to sit in. I would not recommend sitting in these cubicles. That was a big negative.

Melting Pot is a CLASSIC. We were there celebrating our 12 year old as this is his HANDS DOWN favorite restaurant. It's fun and it's delicious! I forgot that it can be romantic as well. My husband and I will def be going back for date night. Our server-Blair was amazing. Don't count this restaurant out just because it's not the newest!
we love the melting pot for fun little celebrations! our server was sweet and attentive, actually all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful :)
The food was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. We will be back for the 4-course meal.
We've come to this location dozens of times for celebrations and have always been pleased with the service. Unfortunately, our last visit, to celebrate our daughter's birthday, was so disappointing. The new dessert dippers they're offering look like they picked them up at Costco, and the service was terrible. All five of us sat with empty drinks for over 20 minutes without a server in sight. When we asked for refills, he only came back with one of the three we asked for and didn't even bother to refill the waters until he was walking away, and we had to call him down to ask. When the bill came, there was an automatic 20% gratuity added, I assume, due to our parties size. No wonder he didn't care about the service he provided. We were virtually ignored unless he was bringing food. Sadly, after years of coming here, I'm not sure we'll be back.
We were sat in a corner table and asked to be moved which was wonderful. Our food was good and wine was a little overpriced but understand we are in a premium dining room. Did feel somewhat rushed at the end. Understand closing but we were $300 deep just the 2 of us and we tip well and weren't needy. The salmon should be taken off of the menu. The salads were great. The main course lacked presentation other than cooking time. Our server was great but the backup person was outstanding. Not a dig but the backup person should be a server as well.
