Great place to take a cup of coffee and tea, hang out.
Fantastic meal as we always expect at the Oak Cafe, but even better as it matched the show at the theater ... The Wiz.
Outstanding meal, made and served by students with chefs supervision! As good as you would get in a upscale

10/25/2023: Tyler, Nick and Anastasia (Student Finals) have still left me in disbelief that 9 hrs earlier today I had the most surreal Black Gyoza, Marinated Hanger Steak (melted in my mouth) and Japanese Cheesecake. The maturity and confidence of the professionals I spoke with rivals that of any Michelin 1-Star restaurant. My condolences to the judge who must pick one winner.

They’re only open Wednesdays and Thursday now. Food’s really good, just hard to make reservations.
Yuck.... tastes like the food was made by students. Oh ya it was. NVM won't go here again.
You'd never know this beautiful food is prepared by students still learning their craft. Presentation and taste has been pro every time I've gone, and I've been quite a few times. My only negative comment is that it can. be a pain to get a reservation. You have to leave a voicemail and they don't book very far out so you have to call within a certain timeframe.
It’s a shame they don’t have anything that’s gluten free. The only thing I could get was a mini bag of chips and drink while everyone else I knew was eating something yummy. They could at least have gluten free bread for the sandwiches.
Quality Meals... so tasty. Great spot for an appetite of any size. Next time I'll be back with my friends. This place has a good feel to it. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
Nice spot for Quality Meals. I give this spot a thumbs up. I look forward to a return trip.

Nice site for quality quality meals. Quick and friendly service.
Today's chefs were well versed in the 3 areas: presentation, taste, and originality. Keeping a score sheet adds to the meal because you and your friends are asking questions about the food. Is this a bay leaf or sage? Would switching out cauliflower for the baked potato make the pizza taste better? Would you cook with wild mushrooms? Plan for a leisurely meal. Also save room for dessert!! The banana bread pudding with ice cream was a great combo.

Student run, and successful fine dining.
Great food cooked by the students!
