Honestly, just not great, it's the Spaghetti Factory so you can't expect much. The bar area staff was overworked and fairly unpleasant.

They were all doing the best they could for the area they're in. Great work.
The food was very good. We went later in the night. My main complaint was that the restaurant was pretty empty and they sat a party of 10 or 12 people right next to us. It was hard to hear my husband talk while he was right next to me. The kids were very young and loud. It was disturbing my dinner and peace.
