Jack was our server, he was phenomenal. Very attentive and wonderful personality. The food was a good 4 star, decent portions and not too overwhelming. Will be back. The setting was nice and mellow.

I came here after a long day of work with my significant other. We wanted to have a nice meal for our anniversary but this experience and the food were the opposite. We ordered drinks and after waiting 20 minutes the waiter let us know the manager was going to come and check our ID’s since they were out of state. After another 10 minutes the manager came and took our ID’s and didn’t return for another 15 minutes. After waiting this amount of time for just our drinks, our food took even longer. Unfortunately Old Spagetthi factory doesn’t have the quality it used to but the prices remain high. It’s not worth going, find your local italian restaurant and go there instead!

Here is my two cents on the quantity and quality of my spaghetti and meatballs from the Old Spaghetti Factory.... It was delivered by Uber eats in a quickly and timely manner.... I paid $30 for four meatballs, spaghetti a side salad for this order.. I would have saved over $20 by opening a jar of spaghetti sauce from Walmart and doing my own meatballs .. The quantity that they gave me of noodles, were quite less to be expected, expected .. I received twice the amount of noodles from an Italian place in Cape Coral, Florida.... And it was quite more tasty..You can tell by the photograph of how small the dish was.. The meatballs were just chunks of ground beef without any flavor. There is no garlic, no oregano, no onion no basil. ... it was fit for maybe a seven or eight year ..old child as far as flavor would go.... While they are still in business, I do not understand... Probably the only best thing of the item was the small loaf of bread and butter that they gave me..Would ever go back never ... On the side salad it was inside of a small brown box who puts salad in a brown box. Plus only one ounce. Maybe it was two salad dressing on the side ..

My husband and I met with a friend here while visiting Sacramento. One reason we chose this place was because they advertise a gluten free menu. My husband has been suffering terrible symptoms, doctors suspect Crohn's disease, which makes anything with gluten poisonous to his system. He ordered the gluten free pasta with a side of grilled chicken. The pasta came out a little later than the other orders from the table but was marked gluten free with a tiny flag planted in the middle which was a comforting touch. However, the chicken came out clearly breaded and not grilled as ordered. Bread is a warehouse for gluten. When we brought this up to our server she immediately talked over us and proclaimed that it was cooked in rice flour and not wheat flour so don't worry. The menu does not read anything about that nor was this explained while we were ordering, besides, my husband asked why was any type flour used on what should have been a grilled piece of chicken? The server then just walked away. My husband chose to be safe and not eat the chicken and he was right for doing so for when the bill came it plainly read " breaded chicken". We will never eat here again. A very disappointing experience that could have ended very very badly. It seems the kitchen and staff may need to be educated more on exactly what is gluten, its potential health risk to those who are sensitive and how to safely/properly cook and serve for these type customers.

Wife and I visiting and met up with a friend here tonight. I will say they are kid friendly as our friend has two small children and stayed entertained with coloring. The servers also were attentive and they have a gluten friendly menu but the reason this place gets a 2 from me is because after ordering gluten free pasta in which I added a grilled chicken breast directly from their menu, I had to wait for ridiculous time and they didn't seem that busy. So they brought out my pasta first and told me the chicken taking longer than expected because making it fresh for me. What the heck does that even mean! Is it not usually fresh or are you killing a chicken! Anyway, when it finally came to the table I noticed right away that it was breaded! When I pointed this out I was told well we cook it with rice flour so trust us. First, why should anyone trust you because that was never pointed out in writing or verbally. Secondly, why are you putting flour on GRILLED chicken! PLEASE, just a bunch of retarded excuses that may put someone's health at risk. If you are Celiac or Crohn's disease or just sensitive to gluten, beware of eating here unless you are prepared to argue with the staff. By the way, when the bill came it specifically read " breaded" chicken.

This place is fantastic! We always get seated right away. Our server Bobbie is the best! She always remembers what we drink and is always attentive and very funny. She's adorable! The food is wonderful! I have never had a bad meal there! My daughter and I have lunch there once or twice a month and the experience and food are both so wonderful! I just love that place!!

I wish I could say this was a good review, but FOOD POISONING was not in our plan...so I feel for safety reasons I can't let this one go. Now, I have been to this location before, and the service was okay... the food is tasty, no doubt about that. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I went there on a Saturday, a pretty busy night for any restaurant, however this was the end of the night around 8:30, we were starving since haven't eaten since about 12 o'clock earlier in the day...there was maybe a total of 8 tables eating, we waited for a server to greet us for about 5-10 minutes ....our drinks took a little longer than expected, another 20 minutes go by we have finally received our drinks and bread, w/ order taken... once the food came, my order complete wrong, i ordered fettuccine (brought me chicken Parmesan)? Not even close to the same dish....so it was sent back to be re cooked....the chicken was not great, looked like it came out of a can, but i ate it.....We had the minestrone soup with bread, I ordered chicken Alfredo, and my boyfriend ordered the meatballs and spaghetti..... food was JUST okay, our server was nonexistent, and we waited for a refill on our drinks till pretty much we were more than halfway through our meals....We finally left, went home and settled for the night, and about three hours after we had eaten my boyfriend and I were both in the bathroom SICK, with horrible food poisoning... the ENTIRE night.. I would not post unless I was absolutely sure that it was their food, and I'm 100% sure, so I know that I'm not the only one that got sick that night. All I can say... I don't like writing bad reviews, never have, but this is not okay, DO BETTER, it's not acceptable to put others life's at risk! Some serious corrective action needs to be taken. Hopefully no one else has anymore experiences like this in your establishment!

Maybe I don't know what Italian food should taste like but I thought the meatlovers was just bland and the pasta was ordinary. Not worth 21.99
