The food is bland, and lasagna is just baked noodles. Chicken marsala had brown mushroom gravy, spaghetti pasta tasted like they had cooked it that morning we were eating at 5 pm. The pasta was dry, and there was no taste. You would do better with a frozen dinner at the supermarket.

I love this place and eat here quite often. It's usually fast service and u get seated right away unless it's a weekend, call ahead for reservations if it's more than 3 people then. It's always clean, inexpensive to eat too on the down side. It can get REALLY LOUD in there, however even with lots of people u can still have a romantic intimate dinner too. Kid friendly with a kid menu and theirs an old train/rail car u can dine in. My boys LOVED THAT! bathrooms clea , but only 2 stalls and I think only one sink. Lots of parking g options but if it's busy u might have to walk a bit. Their parking is free too. I highly recommend the MANAGERS FAVORITE a variety of pasta choices, cones with soup or salad, hot bread with garlic butter (ask for extra lol) and includes tea or coffee or water and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. The mizithra cheese Is the bomb!!

If you're in town for CIM and need to carb load I would be weary of this place. They screwed up my order twice and have yet to refund me like they said they would.
We visited Spaghetti Factory tonight at the perfect moment and had the best experience in our 30 years of coming here! The food was outstanding—bursting with nostalgia that took us right back to our childhood family trips. The service was quick, attentive, and went above and beyond to make it special for our daughter. For the first time in three decades, we sat in the street cart, which they opened up just for her to enjoy—it was such a delightful touch. Everything about this visit rekindled our love for Spaghetti Factory and made it a truly unforgettable night.

5 stars for the service we received today from our waiter Cass. We had a party of 20-25 people and had only 1 waiter. Cass was amazing & others agreed. She waited on all 20 of us, made sure everyone was happy and content with food, drinks & time. She was so impressive, charismatic and personal. She thanked us multiple times for being patient (our food took over an hour to come out - which we understand we were a big party but definitely longer wait than expected). I really appreciated the service we had from her for my nieces birthday. Great job Cassandria.
One note - the banquet room was really hot. I’d recommend old spaghetti factory invest in battery operated fans (no outlets in room) of some sort so guest can be comfortable in that room.
