Oh boy! This place was horrible, can't believe they are still in business. The service was horrible, the food is old and stale and the overall environment is atrocious. Do not go, do not waste your time and money! It was my birthday and my wife told the hostess and waiter to surprise me and do something special, to make a long story short, they all forgot and nothing happened. We had a big party of about 10 people and we were completely blown away that they forgot and did not remember. The place is so old and dated and the food was so bad. My food was cold and overpriced to boot! If you want good decent Italian food do not go there at all! Shame on you whoever owns this place! Do some training and do better! Pathetic and sad place! Lazy workers!

we were warmly welcomed and received good service. the atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet (we were late in the restaurant and there weren't many people around). after ordering, there is warm bread with butter - that was great. the menus (spaghetti + lasagne) came with a salad, which tasted delicious. the spaghetti also tasted very good. the tomato sauce for the lasagna had an extraordinary amount of flavor, which i thought was great. unfortunately, the lasagna was not seasoned enough, which is a shame. for this reason, i give it 4 stars. otherwise, i would recommend this restaurant.

3 stars for the totality of experience... The location downtown is obviously downtown... And although there was no homeless present at dinner time... It smelled outside the establishment at the entrance of the establishment of urine and funky odors... It was not appealing...The service was great... The greetings, the prompt response, the rapid seating... All outstanding... The server was kind, helpful, attentive, bubbly...The food was meh... This is my hubby favorite place based on nostalgia... I'm a Sicilian and have a slightly different opinion on Italian dining ;) the soup was requested with a meatball... That said meatball was questionable as to if it was fully cooked... As there was evident pink spots on the meatball... The soup was lackluster without the questionable meatball... No flavor ... My hubby swears by the brown butter mizthra pasta... It's very good.. I'll give em that .. I had the lobster and crab ravioli with Alfredo pesto and it was good .. BUT I have to admit I thought they were Costco ravioli.... I should have gone with the Chicken Marsala or Shrimp Fettuccine, as I was leaving I saw folks eating that and I was bummed I didn't get it... This is a good place to eat... The cost isn't horrible.. the portions are hearty... I'll go back for my husband only lol ... BUT y'all really gotta do something about the front entrance smell... Power wash it or something... I'm just saying...
Came here with my dad's side of the family after his burial service. The food took a bit to get out but we had such a large group they did the best they could which ended up being great. The food was decent. My s/o and I got different plates to share which was nice because we both got to try something new. I loved the cotton candy drink. I didn't get a picture of it because my aunt ordered it but it was really good too.

Go to Vince's Restaurant in West Sacramento. Their food is insanely good and half the price. We'd have gone to Vince's Restaurant but they're closed on Sundays. Vince's Restaurant is way better and the staff treats you with respect. There's no reason to be seated at a table and ignored for over 20 minutes without any form of communication. I can't believe how downhill this restaurant has gone within a matter of years. The food will always be mediocre, but nostalgic. The service is awful and the place is filthy.

Overall, the food is between good and great, but the prices are a bit steep.We had very nice appetizers in fried raviolis and calamari. I got a spaghetti which was pretty tasty with a nice sauce and a good sausage with match with it.

Okay first off I apologise because I didn't take any pictures. I was on a date 2 days ago and I didn't want to be rude so I put my phone away. I promise you the next time I go here, because I am going to; I will update this and I will definitely take pictures. I had the chicken marsala my date had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and it was amazing. We sat in the trolley and our service was impeccable. The food was delicious. I had an Arnold Palmer and he had sparkling water to drink. The conversation was amazing and I had a really good date. I know that is not what you're here for but I'm just letting you know because I'm putting it in the universe that I'm going to have more amazing dates with this man because he is just amazing. The food, the salad, the bread everything was amazing. It gets pretty crowded in there, especially in the trolley space, but nobody bumped into anybody. Everybody was super nice the atmosphere and the ambiance was impeccable. It looks like an old church because of all the stained glass and the lighting and everything. It's beautiful in there. I promise I will definitely take pictures. I'm going to bring my son there because I know he'll like it and I'll take pictures. I promise you guys
