Extremely extremely dissatisfied. This is the fourth year that we have been coming to the pilot house for Thanksgiving. I think this is probably the absolute worst time I have ever gone and I will never ever be back again. I think that you lost a whole lot of customers for Thanksgiving 2025. Turkey’s never even got put out until several hours later. Apparently someone had turned down the ovens and we sat there for several hours in hopes of having at least a taste of some turkey. The drinks were horrible. Understaffed. Prime rib, undercooked. To the point where people were walking away, saying it was practically raw. I expect to hear back from the pilot house administration. Or I will take it further.

The Thanksgiving buffet was awesome, and the service was top notch!!

We stayed at the hotel and tried to go to restaurant every night. First it closed at 8pm. Next day we showed up at 7:05pm and were told it closed at 7pm. Worst experience ever. The hotel and restaurant are on same boat and they act as if they don't know of each other.

We attended the Murder Mystery Dinner and it was a big disappointment. I will not be coming back to the Delta king again.

We celebrated a friend's wedding anniversary there and it was perfect! The cocktails, food and staff were fantastic! Highly recommend! Be sure to sit in Nathan's section. He's wonderful.

We had a great experience at the Delta King this weekend! We arrived a little early and grabbed a drink at the bar before checking into our reservation. It was the perfect way to start the evening. Since the weather was nice, we chose to sit outside for dinner. The only thing worth mentioning—and it's not really a complaint—is that the outdoor décor doesn't quite match the indoor décor. But honestly, it didn't take away from the experience at all. In fact, we were lucky enough to get a table with a beautiful view of the water. Throughout dinner, we could hear seals on the nearby docks and the occasional horn from passing ships. I actually loved the extra ambience—it made the whole evening feel unique and memorable. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable night. We'll definitely be back!

We were seated outside with a beautiful view of the river and the Tower Bridge. It was breathtaking. We have been here multiple times and are always happy with the service and the food. Service was good and we will definitely be back in the future.

The food was ok. The service was nonexistent. Had to leave the table and seek the waitress to get help. She never came to the table. Bo extras, like bread at the table? For $40 a plate it seems like the service would have been better. And why ask at the time of reservation if the dinner was a special event if nothing special would be offered. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Went on a Tuesday and had amazing service. Food was very good and the views were gorgeous. Definitely recommend for tourists or for special occasions.
