I come here quite often but lately it’s been unorganized. I’ll place an order and no one will be in there, three people walk in order, receive there sandwiches and will leave(they are not call aheads). I’ll still wait 5-10 after the others left just for a regular sandwich. And for some reason the the last two times they don’t make it right. The downtown location is way more consistent and has overall better vibes. I think I’ll be going to beach hut from now on if I’m grabbing a sandwich by 65th.

I went to this location close to closing on Friday evening to get sandwiches for lunch the next day for a conference we were attending. Although the bread choices were limited due to the late hour, the sandwiches were generous and well prepared. They even gifted us a few oatmeal cookies, which were fabulous. I commend the staff and would definitely recommending stopping at this location for some great sandwiches.

Great sandwich shop. They do not short you on meat there is a perfect amount of mayo on it. Would like to see more toppings such as sprouts, olives, etc but what they do have is fresh and delicious. Give the Bomb sauce a try (jalapeno ranch). I did pay for cheese and didn't get it but honestly it did not take away from this sandwich and mistakes happen. They were providing a quick service and had several orders come in. I will be back for another great sandwich.Potato salad was okay, almost seemed store bought not sure if they make it there or not. Generous portion and decent price.

Terrible food and even worse customer service. I ordered a cold Tuna on Dutch-Crunch bread and the female employee looked at me like she had no idea what the hell I was talking about. Another female employee had to tell her that I ordered from the cold sandwich board. Then I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich to her four times. Light mayo, light mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles only is what I requested.I ordered another sandwich off the cold menu, Turkey on Dutch-Crunch with light mayo, light mustard, lettuce, tomato and no pickles. The first employee told me there was no more Dutch-Crunch bread and asked if I mind waiting for new bread to finish cooking. I said no. I then observed the first employee look at the last Dutch-Crunch bread on the rack and it appeared to be hard as a rock. Yet, the employee still made my tuna sandwich. The second employee took the rest of my order, two meals with the sandwiches. I was told there were only three choices from the fountain drink machine. None of which I was interested in drinking. I asked if I could get two canned sodas instead for the same meal deal. The second employee said no and I asked if everything all together would be much of a cost difference. The employee just rang up my entire order without any word. I was charged the following:1 Cold Tuna Sandwich = $8.991 Cold Turkey Sandwich = $8.992 Chips (1 3/8oz bag) = $5.382 Can Sodas (12 FL oz) = $5.98Total = $31.43So... after the rudeness; I paid for my meals. When I asked for another separate bag, the first employee acted like she didn't want to give me the extra bag.Once I got home (10 minutes later), I noticed that my tuna sandwich was hard as a stale brick. The Dutch-Crunch bread was so hard that the tuna, mayo and mustard didn't even start to make the bread soft or soggy. I couldn't eat my sandwich at all. I was very disappointed and hungry. I'm never going to this place again.Buyer be warned!
They're only ok when you order to go. The bread becomes too soggy. The employees are nice though.

Serve it it was really good I’m satisfied with everything
Ordering was super simple on the app, we forgot to list the cheeses we wanted on our sandwiches, not a problem the staff called to confirm what cheeses and if the order was correct. This sandwiches were amazing! The bread was so fresh all the veggies were perfect and the meat was not skimped on and delicious!10/10 coming back again!
