I use to frequent this sandwich shop with my husband, daughter, and brother. I always order a #12 and ask the salami to be removed. Today the older man who took my order tells me we can build a sandwich for you. The sandwich he made was substantially more in price. I expressed I would prefer to have the #12 like I always order. He tell me we can not do any substitution (how is removing meat a substitution?) You are saving meat because I don't eat salami. I told him I always come and order the same sandwich. He said "they are under new management so things have changed". I expressed to him Thank you I will no longer come here then. I will no longer give my money to a business when someone who blatantly lied to my face (I was there just last week and ordered the same sandwiches with chips and a drink) he made the two sandwiches for me. The two ladies have always been very nice and have great customer service. If he's the new management I don't see this location staying open long.

I've been in a couple times this year. I seen reviews at other sandwich shops in the neighborhood. Love this place. You must come great food, clean, great atmosphere . Sandwich artists!!!!
Tony and his wife are so friendly and happy to serve customers. I’ve watched them greet each customer coming in as well as goodbyes. My son says he is no longer going to Subway. He likes the #20

Owned by a great guy! Makes amazing sandwhiches, one of the best sandwhiches in town here!
I don’t usually give reviews but this is probably the worst sandwich spot I’ve been to. I’m not sure what was worse the lack of customer service or the food. Don’t order salads or wraps from here pls. Only thing going for them is their iced coffee that’s what the 2 stars are for.

YUM! In town to visit relatives and found this place. I liked it so much my relatives tried it and found they liked it more than where they had been getting sandwiches.
