This place use to be better staffed and have a pick up option. Now they tend to have two people making sandwiches, with one just prepping the bread and the other doing the rest of the sandwich building. This means every sandwich can take 5+ minutes to make, and on a college campus that just doesn't work. If you get in line and there are just 6 people in front of you you won't be getting your sandwich for 30 minutes. Not cool. Before they had 3-4 people working and each one made your sandwich from start to finish. It was 2-3 minutes per sandwich, and with pickup you could have your stuff ready when you go there. Shame. The food once you get it is good, but it's not worth the wait time.

Ordered a Greek vegetable wrap. Comes with feta, hummus, balsamic... but for some reason got provolone, guacamole and was asked if I wanted mayo? Y'all know what a greek veggie wrap is right? Y'all nasty for that.

Quality of the food was good compared to other sandwich places I visited such as Subway and Firehouse Subs!

We stopped in for a couple sandwiches and they ended up putting produce on both sandwiches that were not supposed to have produce on them so they had to remake them. After getting our sandwiches we took them to the park to eat. After a few we noticed something wasn't right...the meat was spoiled This is one of my husband's favorite sandwiche places that sadly we will not be returning to.

People working there were rude as f*** as if they woke up wrong side of the bed fighting and arguing with each other making my order late

I stopped in to the West Sac location yesterday to get my 92 year old mother a HOT Pastrami sandwich, which I do NOT often do. I placed the order and while I was waiting decided to call my grandson to see if he would also like a sandwich. He did - I ordered a Pastrami Melt for him. I noticed that the person making the sandwiches was probably a new hire as the other worker "Susan" was telling her how to make the sandwiches. After I paid for the sandwiches and picked up the bag to leave, I noticed the Pastrami Melt was hot, but the HOT pastrami wasn't. I then asked the young lady who made the sandwich if she had toasted the bread for the hot pastrami? She replied that she had not because I did not ask for it to be heated, I said if it is a HOT pastrami I didn't think I needed to ask, and maybe she should have provided better customer service by asking me if I wanted it toasted or not, as again I do not go there often and don't know how their menu/service works. Immediately Susan interrupted and said I should have asked, and again I let her know that I didn't know that I needed to, and that since she is training the other person she should help her learn better. At that I walked out the door, thanked them for the sandwiches and wished them a good day, only to hear F*** YOU ! I immediately turned around and walked back in and looked at Susan and asked "What did you say?" She said back to me "What do you think I said?" I told her I heard her say "***** You". Wow ! She didn't even deny that she said that, she told me to leave or she would call "her owner". I told her she should call her owner and let them know how she treats their customers. She again told me to leave as my attitude is bad and she will call the owner. MY attitude is bad? Really~ Did I say f*** you~ you didn't toast the bread? NO, I didn't - I simply said she should train the new person to ask questions to provide better customer service, because I did say when I placed the order that I don't come here often and don't know their menu- hence the reason I asked questions on what was on the sandwich. I wasn't looking for trouble when I walked in, but with her words I could easily have gotten into trouble when I walked out ~so I put my big girl panties on and left. I think Susan needs more/better training than the new person~ She is teaching her it is okay to be rude and belligerent to those her pay her wages. In the future, I won't purchase from this franchise. There are other places in West Sacramento who make pastrami sandwiches - and they are HOT! As far as the sandwich was concerned ... Of course my mother complained that it wasn't hot !

Stopped in for a quick bite Togo. The servers were quick and efficient! Addressed us answered every question, was patient as we made our decisions. I over heard another customer asking about the produce available and he received a detailed answer that made me very pleased with the level of service I received today. The size of the sandwiches are perfect for lunch. They will certainly see me again. *+*+*UPDATE*+*+*I wanted some Pastrami in my life and could only think of 1 place to get it from.Stopped by Togo's again for lunch and was pleasantly surprised that Daniel was there today. He is quick, accurate, and his knowledge of transporting the soups and sandwiches is next level!

You will not be disappointed in the menu and service. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here.

This place is anything but fast food! I called the order in and they said 15 minutes. I got there about 20 to 25 minutes later they had not even started making the sandwiches. I had to wait for whoever they were finishing a single sandwich and it took more than 40 minutes from the time we called till the time we got the sandwiches. There was one person at the counter one person in the back moving ice or something noisy. when I complained they said they got slammed they were super busy and they had to take care of the people that were in the store. There was one person purchasing at the counter two people eating at a table and myself. I hardly call that slammed. I get this kind of service every time we call in an order. I am done using Togo's their service is lousy ! To top it off... two sandwiches at 26 bucks most of their stuff is under $10 so I don't know how we got to 26 bucks but I'm done with Togo's, they are not all that they think they are. I will go to Subways near City Hall next time for the BEST LOCAL SUBWAY.
