TOGO'S Sandwiches

I haven't been to Togos in a few years because their sandwiches have become too expensive. I went yesterday and ordered my favorite; the Hot Pastrami. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. In the past the Hot Pastrami is served with a heaping amount of Pastrami and veggies.
Not this time. The sandwich was dry and consisted mainly of bread. They're too expensive to turn around and make cheap sandwiches. So I won't be back.

I arrived & was told it would be a minute. I waited. A few minutes later the female employee said that their coworker would be from break in a minute. I waited the male coworker came back & helped 2 other customers. I didn't say anything as they were young kids but then instead of helping me the male coworker started looking at papers etc. The female worker even said could you help this customer but they didn't. At this point I was anger & said I don't need help. This guy should be fired. Look at your camera This guy is losing customers for you Worst customer service ever bad attitude and just lazy DONT COME HERE

Just ordered a couple of sandwiches, dude behind the counter was helpful and nice.

Usually these franchise spots like this are messy and chaotic. NOT THIS ONE. The staff is super friendly and helpful, welcoming and attentive.

The sandwich was as good as any togos you’ll get anywhere.

Also, this place is super clean, another aspect you don’t find at franchise/fast food places. The whole place is tidy and the bathroom and food prep area are spotless.

I’m not usually in the area but if I am, I’ll 100% come back for a visit.

I had the pleasure of dining at this spot and was impressed by several aspects. The bread was notably fresh, and the pastrami was delicious, making for a satisfying meal. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff ensuring a welcoming and appreciative atmosphere. The owner particularly stood out for making every guest feel valued. As an added bonus, the presence of a Baskin Robbins at this location turned the visit into a delightful double treat, offering a sweet conclusion to a great meal. Highly recommended!

I've been here several times, over the past few years, and it's always the same - PERFECT. No matter what I order, it's the right thing. Fresh bread, good meat, just plain yummy.

I ordered from doordash, got the confirmation, and my order says ready. I get there 5 minutes later, and my order isn't ready. I don't understand why I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the 20 minutes of confirmation. There were no customers, and the server was taking his sweet time. They also forget my chips one time, which was really upsetting. Other than the service, the food is good.

One sandwich ? chips & soda cost $25.00 and it was a huge disappointment ?. I will not be purchasing any more sandwiches from Togos. I am all for the employees getting $20 an hour, but my sandwich was nasty & that's why I won't waste my money on this franchise ever again. I'm going back to the Deli for my sandwiches. At least they will taste better than the nasty sandwich I had.

I didn't eat here this day. I just took my daughter. I will say I am happy they still have pastrami because that's the only sandwich I eat when I go to sandwich shops.
