Disappointed with the new BBQ beef sandwich. Bread was hard. Could only try a couple bites. Had to throw the sandwich out. Waste of money.

Felt a bit dirty in the location, food was also subpar. The bread simply doesn't taste right.

Great sandwich just like I remember! I haven’t been in several years because the location nearby closed (thanks to COVID). But today my #21 was exactly as it should be. I am very happy to find this location not too far from home!

I don't like the bread. It doesn't taste like it should. I got the sourdough and it seems too thick. Mostly I taste bread and just a little of the stuff in between. I won't be going back.

Came here on vacation with my fiance for a quick lunch. We both got the cheesesteak. It honestly was pretty good for a chain, good flavor and generous amounts of meats and toppings. And it was right next to our hotel so it's even more

I had a wonderful experience today with a worker in the ice cream section named Conor. He was very pleasant introduce me and my lady to new flavors of ice cream that we haven't tried before and they were actually pretty good. He was so good that my lady ordered the flavors he suggested.. I of course new what I wanted so I ordered mine as well.. there was a small mishap in the order and I got home and saw it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I went back up to the store and with a smile, Conor was quick to help me and made sure my order was correct and offered me exemplary customer service. I am more than impressed with him. I hope he is promoted soon because he is the best representation I've ever experienced here. Thank you so much Conor, you're amazing. We will definitely be frequenting this place more often due to this experience. I wish I could give 10 Stars!!!

This is no longer Baskin-Robbins and it has been a favorite of mine for years. But now I have only been in Sacramento for about 5 years now so I had never seen Gunther’s Ice Cream before and I have to say it is the best thing I’ve seen in my entire life. Yum and they have ButterBrickle that is so good. Ive been back 3 time’s in a 10 day period.

I've been here a few times now when I happen to be in the area. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. The employees are also always nice. I just wish the sandwiches were a larger size or better value considering the price.

It's kinda confusing to see GUNTHERS as the name of the business when it's a TOGO'S/31 FLAVORS inside. The woman outside was verbally abusive upon my departure which destroyed the experience. It even made it to where another patron put their car in reverse and left. Bummer but I must add.... STILL the BEST SHAKES in town.

Generally a big fan of TOGO's but rarely get to enjoy their food. Having a bit of sticker shock as a regular #9 (Hot Pastrami) is now pushing $15-16 and just isn't seeming like a bunch of value.I get costs are rising but keep the quality of the food up please. I'm really not going to notice a $16-17 sandwich in terms of price shock vs $15-16, but I do notice that the sandwich just doesn't seem as big or high quality. That's the only way I can justify paying that much more.
