I went in to get a sandwich at 9:47 supposedly they close at 10:00 . I sure wish they say 9;45 instead of 10:00!. I go there all the time not anymore .

The ads for the pretzel bun pastrami looked too good to pass up, so I stopped here to pickup two of them for our dinner. Service was slow. The shop was clean enough, but it was strange to see the workers hop back and forth between the ice cream and the sandwich line. That aside, the sandwiches were a bit disappointing for $30. Mediocre meat on a bland faux pretzel soft bun. The next day I went to Corti Brothers in their parking lot and bought $25 worth of real pastrami. Note to self: Homemade is always better.

Poor customer service. Two people were behind counter. They gave me no response took phone out looking at it twice, still no response. Looked like the owners behind counter . Probably never return 😕 😪

This location is great! It's paired with a Baskin Robins. And both sides are clean, friendly, quick and delicious! I made an unusually hard to understand order on my sandwich. They got it all wrong lol! But I went back and they corrected it with super speed and friendliness! Also the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Oh, and they have that fun soda machine that's like a touch screen. Nothing out of stock. Gotta love it!!! Oh, they also were polite and lawful about our service dog. That isn't always the case sadly.

Kinda crowded and busy because it shares the same space with a Baskin Robbins. We ordered for pickup and had to wait in a long line behind people who were ordering ice cream before we could ask the person at the register for our order.

Multiple bad experiences at this place. Tried to give it another shot and yet again it was horrific. The prices are insanely high, the sandwiches are small and with little meat, the staff will blame you for problems before even trying to fix them, app issues with store.. and more.
