Tried Tony’s today! Here for an expo at safe credit union. Got a gyro and a cup of chicken and corn soup! Amazing food! And the owner, I believe said he’s had that place there for 36 years! I will be back!

You walk in. You aren’t acknowledged by staff, not even hello. It’s not clear where to order or how. You walk out and go find somewhere with basic customer service.

By far the best delicatessen in the Sacramento Area. As a professional driver based in the Sacramento area, I have had the opportunity to visit multiple eateries in the downtown area. Tony’s quality of food and customer service is hands down the best.
You can anticipate being greeted everyday by”Tony”, have your order prepared with care and attention to detail and leave the establishment with a genuine thank you. I can not say enough about this place and the quality of food. I have never had a meal here that was subpar. Treat yourself and enjoy and “ol school” deli sandwich the way sandwiches are suppose to be!!!

I had the California club and my husband had the godfather and we both LOVED our sandwiches. Also tried the egg salad and it was excellent too. Service was top notch - can't recommend this place enough!

I'm from Colorado visiting to go to the Sacramento Anime Convention and I stopped here for lunch. The staff is extremely friendly and my meal came out quick, hot, and delicious. If I didn't live in Colorado I would be coming here everyday! If you're here for an event like I am skip the convention center hotdogs and nachos and go to Tony's instead!!

Stopped in for the Godfather special which includes the godfather sandwich, chips and a 20oz drink. Pretty great deal considering the size of the size and quality of the sandwich. Really nice fellas too. Good work Tony and team
