This place was great! Cool set up and nice atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful! However, the best thing is definitely the food. I was absolutely jazzed about how great the food was for a brewery. We did Pint & Slice night and the pepperoni pizza was so impressive (thick focaccia/Detroit style slice with a nice chunk of barrata on top). We also had the soft pretzel and the roasted carrots. I can't say enough good things. I definitely look forward to coming back!
Full disclosure, we looked for this place found it saw all the homeless up and down the street and I said hell no and did not enter the parking lot. I’m glad I read the reviews because I’ll definitely be going back and giving it a try. I was just very intimidated by all of the homeless up and down the entire street and the complete mess! I feel so sorry for this business. They don’t deserve to have to operate with that outside their gates! Our governor needs to do a much better job with the homeless issue and how it affects businesses! Good to know that you can come inside and be safe….Let’s all support them!
Yas yas and more yas!
What a treasure!
My brother was like let's go to this place and boy oh boy I'm glad he recommended.
The food and the beer will blow your taste buds away.
From the shareable to the pizzas you can not go wrong!
To drink there is a little bit for everyone.
They also have games and outside firepits!
The ambience is new age but industrial.
The staff was amazing!
Highly recommend!
Beautiful brewery surrounded by garbage, homeless tents and staring eyes pulling into the parking lot. When a homeless, shirtless man, with his underwear hanging out walked in, he made himself at home showering in the hand washing and filtered water sink. Not very hygenic to allow that behavior
Large selection; I was happy they had porters and stouts rather than solely lighter beers.
Otherwise, it was very LOUD. My friends and I could hardly have a conversation without shouting. Granted, it was trivia night, but even when the mic was off, there were dogs barking at each other and people shouting over other people shouting.
Atmosphere would be better if the misters actually pointed at the people and not the walkway.
Extremely rude woman at the popup event I attended at my local climbing gym. Shame.
I've been to over 75 breweries as well as others in Sacramento that I enjoy. I decided to stop into Touchstone recently after I saw their connection with climbing gyms, being a mountain climber myself. I stopped in for lunch with my daughter on a hot day, and was welcomed by the friendly staff as if I was a regular. One of the employees gave my daughter an Otter Pop which she loved and was very thoughtful to do so with the hot temps outside. I ordered the short rib and brisket burger with a couple sides. The food was amazing and most importantly the beers were excellent! I loved their west coast IPA's they had on the menu and I made sure to get some to bring home. I couldn't be more impressed with the atmosphere, food and drinks. The customer service was the best I've had at a brewery/ restaurant in a long time.
Not sure the negative reviews about finding the place, I had no problem using Google maps.... Also I live several hours away in a small town with no homeless. But anytime I go to the city especially in California I'm not surprised to see homeless, It's not the breweries fault. No need to let that stop you from having a great time at the brewery. I can't wait to come back again soon!
Cheers! 🍻
A really great space with good beer.
If you’re looking for a great Pork Belly Blt I highly recommend going to touchstone brewery. All there food is amazing and so fresh and delicious and tasty 🤤 it’s so good and worth the drive to go down there to get some great food and they have more then just beer on tap if you don’t drink beer. And there pet friendly and family friendly as well.
Shout-out to the staff at Touchstone Brewing Company for accommodating our league, Sacramento Roller Derby for our home team draft night. The ambiance was chill & relaxing. The drinks were a hit & the food was delicious. I had the Detroit-Style Pepperoni | Mozzarella | Burrata | Hot Honey Yuuum-mmyyy! We cannot wait to come here again for our next draft. Much derby love - I.M.GodzElla 96

Like another review said, it is in a real sketchy area, with tent lined sidewalks and homeless people wandering outside the gated premises. But don't let that deter you. The property and parking lot are fence enclosed, so don't worry. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are polite , helpful , and welcoming. The beer selection is great in number and styles. There beer is well crafted. What I liked most is access and parking. No driving around in circles to find parking.
Food was amazing and trivia by Jake (trivia gods) was awesome! 🥳🤩🍻
They don’t do tip begging. I like it!!
Total cool vibe! Outdoor seating area is amazing. The beer and food were great 👍 Friendly staff, we will definitely be going back. Cheers 🍻
Love it!
