Tower bridge bistro was exceptional! I will definitely eat here again.
My boyfriend and I came for a romantic Valentines day weekend. My first time at Embassy suites. Beautiful hotel. We live in Sacramento.Hungry after our 5pm check we were presented with a beautiful romantic Valentines day menu, we ordered (Entrees at $25.99). What we received was unacceptable for the price and hotel. The shrimp Alfredo was watered down, with 4 shrimps, (no bread, salad included/boxed mac n cheese is better). The beef tip risotto was horrible, the meat smelled bad and the risotto was mush. The "woodfire pizza" was disappointing, cheese was not cooked through.I had no choice but to call the manager who did apologize and comped the meal, so I'm thankful for the understanding. We are here for 2 more days, so we will go out and eat instead of room service.
Ordered the turkey burger, a mocha and a piece of cherry. Was good food but had to eat my burger with a fork after the meat broke apart. The mocha had 1/2 in of foam. And i was given blueberry not cherry (not what I asked for) this is suppose to be an actual restaurant. Not a place where they slope together what you ordered. Edited, Well shame on me. I went went ordered a coffee and piece of cherry Pie. Got coffee barely qualified as hot and not Cherry Pie. Given me what I ordered would have required cutting into a fresh pie. So they decided I would not know the difference any way. The food has resemblance of quality but there service sucks.
My fav spot for delicious American food. This location is one of my favorites. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.
Great food! It was delicious! Service was fantastic. Multiple orders were brought out overcooked and they immediately rushed to fix it. Our happiness was their main concern
Food was actually pretty good, prices were a bit high, but they were very accommodating because we were on a time crunch to get to Cirque du Soleil. They got it out as quick as possible. Nice folks.
Tried this spot once with a friend and I am hooked since then. I love the fantastic atmosphere and delicious dishes and drinks. They never disappoint.
I brought my 10 year old here for a father daughter dinner. The service was great. The food was great. It got a bit noisy as the night went on with some larger tables, but it didn't take away from our evening. I would definitely come back.
Very pleasant setting and nice server. The New England clam chowder and the seafood salad were quite good as was my husband's fish sandwich, though his fries were just lukewarm. A little pricey for lunch..
Service was great! Calamari was great, but my ribs were dry and tough. The beef short ribs were stringy and not tender. The place was completely empty, now I know why. Disappointed with the food.

Slow service, unappetizing food. Not worth $40 per person. Should not be included in the farm to fork dine downtown event.
The food was better than expected considering that it is within the Embassy Suites Hotel. Our table had a view to the river. Easy walking to Old Sacramento. Valet parking was validated by the restaurant making it easy to access the restaurant. Good selection of menu items including gluten free options. Full beverage service. Overall was very pleased with the experience.
Had a 6:30 reservation. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated and another 10 before we were greeted by our server. 45 minutes after our arrival, we had yet to receive soup and salad. Once those came, food came out in good time. Our server might have actually been the host. He was friendly and attentive. The food was fine, but nothing spectacular. I'm not sure I'd return again.

We were hungry after browsing the nearby Tower Bridge Bistro . I had a few places in mind, but husband said this was close, looked decent, why not? We were not disappointed. The place was clean, service good, and burgers super tasty and fresh. We each got cheeseburgers, plus a garlic fries to split. I love that you can get garlic fries!
