3/5 Tower Cafe is proof that if you put enough plants in a room, people will forgive a lot of culinary sins. It’s basically an off-brand Rainforest Cafe. The scenery? 10/10 immersive jungle clutter. The food? Let's just say the plants have more flavor

Overall really cool expertise! The vibe was eclectic and chill. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast, however the potatoes we ordered came out a little cold. The eggs and chicken sausage were delish and the vanilla latte was amazing.
Parking lot behind the restaurant had plenty of parking.
We would definitely eat here again!

Home of the original Tower Records and Tower Theater the "best brunch" in Sacramento comes from Tower Cafe, a space opened by James Seyman on Earth Day 1990 that dials up the kitsch while serving a globally influenced menu of savories and sweets. Serving Sacramento daily from 8am, with Dinner hours Wednesday through Sunday and their famous Brunch on weekends, walk-ins are welcome but may wait a bit during peak hours for tables spanning across several sections from outside to indoors. No doubt a diverse menu, weekly specials and a Bakery case adding intrigue to a list of Pancakes, Omelets and Bennys, many will find themselves drawn to renowned French Toast offered half, whole, plain, topped or wrapped around Meats such as in the case of an unfried but enjoyable “Monte Cristo.” Decorated with all manners of knickknacks and accolades, servers friendly in front of an efficient kitchen, fans of Carrot Cake with “the works” will note Pineapple plus Nuts in the Tower Cafe version while Cornbread comes piping hot and plenty moist even before adding Bacon “Relish” or Maple Butter.

Very nice atmosphere, great food. Outside seating is superior. Outstanding service. Edward gave us wonderful, I mean wonderful service. Second to nobody. You are greeted professionally start to finish. Love this venue. That is hard to find today. Keep up the great job

Everything here was absolutely amazing! We had just got into town and found this place and then our friend also recommended it. We were seated right away and brought water promptly. The service was super friendly and is definitely a teamwork kind of place. The atmosphere is so fun and beautiful with so much to look at and talk about. I ordered the Tower Benedict which comes on cornbread. It was almost perfect with thick cut ham, wonderful poached eggs and creamy hollandaise but the cornbread was cold. I saved half and heated the next morning which in my opinion was better. My partner got their Madame Cristo which was probably the best breakfast on the planet! I would absolutely recommend either dish. Potatoes were sub par and can use improvement but still highly recommend this spot!

I forgot how huge the servings are, so we ordered way too much. Everything was delicious, but a little too much hollandaise sauce in my French toast Benedict. Very busy and loud, but it's a popular place, especially weekend brunch.

The atmosphere is amazing lots to look at , friendly staff. The outdoor seating area has heaters and is tucked in a beautiful tree garden with a fountain. My son and his cousin got burgers and they were amazing taste like the ones you can make at home. I my self got the green curry with jasmine rices amazing speechless. Also offer pastries and adult beverages. Definitely with goo back

So
Good

The food was great. I had the chile verde. The drinks we got were excellent.

I had a maple old fashioned. And my sister got a sparkling sake fruity thing. They give you the fruit puree and sake separate and you pour the sake in. Sake was delicious alone and mixed.

We ordered some food to go for parents and got some desserts. Parents loved their food with the exception of thinking the fries were a little greasy. (I tried them and didn't think so)

2/3 desserts were excellent. Creme brulee was delicious. The Napoleon was like a slice of fruit basket cake but with flaky layers of puff pastry instead of cake. Seasonal fruit. I think they were black berries, raspberries, and blueberries.

The only dessert that was disappointing was the chocolate mousse. Flavor was great but the texture was not expected. Almost reminded us of cake batter that hasn't been thoroughly mixed enough? It melted in your mouth and I wouldn't complain if someone gave it to me but I wouldn't order it again unless I knew this was just a fluke.
