Hoptology Beer Lab + Kitchen is a relaxed restaurant offering a wide selection of tasty beers and satisfying food options. The knowledgeable staff provide excellent service, making it a great spot for both beer enthusiasts and diners. While they are often out of stock on certain beers, the food and beer selection is fantastic, with lots of good Knee Deep ales and standout dishes like the burger and pizza. The inside is nice, with dope atmosphere and great vibes. Though they may be closing soon, it remains a perfect spot for a pub night in midtown. Note that margaritas may not be their specialty.
