Wow, their coffee packs a punch. Amazing, delicious, great aromas right outside the door (that's what drew me in). I was in a meeting nearby but am from out of town and needed some really good coffee. I was tempted to go to Starbucks since that's all I know is going to be in every town but so glad I found this place. Will be returning whenever I'm back in Sacramento. Great service too!

Very quiet and personal top floor. Especially nice if you're looking for a place to get away from some chaos. Light yet filling foods all well portions. Breakfast bowl is more of a salad. A very large salad!

Very disappointed by their customer service. I've emailed, tried to call, messaged and DMed them so they are seeing these requests and refusing to respond. I booked a ROOFTOP event with them (Tupi is a coffee shop/ social venue), a yoga class under the stars. With no explanation, they held the yoga class in the coffee shop LOBBY. Now, does a dirty coffee shop floor, no space to stretch, and being dressed for outdoor weather (as specifically directed) near a noisy kitchen sound like a reasonable substitution for the advertised event? NO. I have reached out requesting a refund or even a reschedule and they have not responded in over a month thru multiple modalities.
It's STEALING to advertise your event one way and provide an incredibly different, poor experience. I used to frequent Tupi but I'm boycotting it until they address the experience I was short changed on. And I'm going to keep posting about it on other platforms and telling locals about this experience until I get an appropriate response from Tupi management. It's long overdue.

The coffee is delicious so was the food The issue is, we got a turkey sandwich to go ( this morning ) it took 20 mins to wait. I specifically said no bacon and no ham They gave us the sandwich with only ham Not even turkey …. Anyways. They remade it But the guy made other peoples orders before he made ours, so it took like 15 more minutes even thought we were there first and he messed up. So Anyway. Spent almost an hour for a sandwich. In cases like this, the worker should at least give a gift card or compensation, because that is a lot of time wasted ….. Nothing was offered. Not a place I’d go back too, maybe if it’s just a last minute option then yes, but only for drinks
