Spring rolls are advertised with shrimp. There are no shrimp. Its common for veggie spring rolls to also have shrimp. These were 12 bucks!!! I want a refund. There were also 3 peices when the photo shows 4. Rip off. Its not like there was an option to add shrimp, so it was implied that it came with shrimp. Stop ripping off customers in this economy.

The live music option is fantastic. So glad Sacramento has an option like this. The pad Thai I had needed attention to detai. . I would reduce the portion by half, add a few slices of fresh cucumber and include other fresh herbs like cilantro and provide not only roasted ground peanuts but also peanut sauce and condiments on the table. I would recommend the chef reduce the menu by half and concentrate on doing fewer items really well. The salad my friend had was almost inedible. With a few changes I could see the food rivaling the music being offered. Lovely people!!!

The food was absolutely incredible and the service was very cordial. Occasionally they have live music and there is a lot of attention put into the presentation of the entertainment, a formal affair, yet casual. A really wonderful experience.

Every time I come here, the food, and especially the music is outstanding. There is absolutely not a better place in Sacramento to eat a good meal and enjoy truly the best jazz artists not just in Sacramento, but plenty of great musicians who play here from all over. Joe Gilman, the owner, is a legendary jazz pianist himself and this place is really a gift to the Sacramento community as a venue for outstanding jazz in our city. We should all be thankful that this place is here. And the food is great, the service is excellent! You can't go wrong. There is technically no cover for nearly all the shows, you call ahead or use the website to get a spot or table depending on the size of the party--but everything you order goes back into this lovely institution, and do not forget to tip the performers--they deserve it! What a unique experience. Jazz and Thai food! They are the self-proclaimed center of jazz culture in Sacramento. They have weekly concerts that are absolutely delightful. They even make the cover charge optional so that it is accessible to everyone. The food is good too!
