Hip and happening place. Good pizza even if the thin crust was a tad soggy. Toppings were ample. Flavor was good. They could use a busser to keep the place cleaner.

Vito’s is one of my go to places for pizza especially when I just want a good slice on a late night. They have a set menu of pizzas with specials rotating, other dishes like various styles of fries, Mac n cheese bites, and a few other things. They have a bar inside, some retro games, and tvs for game nights. This is a popular spot I think due to both its location (right next to The Snug across from Ace of Spades) and the quality of food. My favorite thing to get is their tomato pesto pizza and Mac n cheese bites! Their Thai fries are incredible as well.
The place is a decent size on the inside but can get cramped quickly on their busy nights, there’s outdoor seating as well. The staff are nice haven’t had any bad experiences there.
I’ve been here countless times with friends and myself and it is a great spot to come for good pizza!

The lady who took my order was
Not only rude, she couldn’t even give me the right amount of change back. Pizza tasted like cardboard and the fried Pickles were nasty will never eat here again.

Vito's used to be THE spot. But the last couple years, both the pizza AND the service has gone downhill bad :( Pizzas are now premade, and their cocktails are watered down pitifully.

I was surprised by the high rating, as my experience didn’t quite reflect it. While the atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff seemed friendly, the pizza itself was disappointing. The flavor was underwhelming, and it arrived lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for some time. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
Great little dive. I like how they pipe the game audio through to the bathroom so you don't miss anything. $8 slice + draft beer at HH is a fantastic deal. Thai shoestring fries (though nothing Thai about them) with ranch, sweet chile sauce and green onion tasted good. Pizza was great except the end of the crust was burnt and crunchy--wish they pulled it out of the oven a touch sooner. Other thing that could improve is service. Guy at the counter was friendly, but we had to get our own coasters and the tables all needed a serious wipe down. Minor details bc overall one of the best spots on all of R street.
