Vallejo's Restaurant Reviews
My family and I have had the most wonderful experiences at Vallejo's. The atmosphere for dining is one of the best. The staff are so kind, and the owners go out of their way to speak to their customers.
When my father passed away in 2018, the Vallejo's family surprised us with catering at his funeral. They fed over 500 people, and didn't charge our family one penny for the food.
They have also catered for various family functions, including graduation events. The...read full review
I am extremely frustrated. This is the second year that my family has put in a catering order for Christmas. They "forgot" about our order last year. My mom confirmed with them yesterday (12/23/24) about our order for today, (12/24/25). They said they would have it ready. Come again this morning- our order was not prepared and they had to look up the order. Highly unreliable unless you are dining there. I will not be ordering from there again. Completely ridiculous!
Exceptional customer service!! Amazing food!!!

Vallejo's Restaurant has been a favorite for over 20 years, with amazing food and friendly service. The portions are large, so be careful not to order too much. The staff is kind and attentive, often checking in with customers and making sure everyone feels welcome. The atmosphere for dining is one of the best, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including a covered outdoor patio, making it a great spot for lunch or any time of day. Visitors highly recommend the carnitas and the Macho Jumbo Burrito, which is very big and satisfying. The restaurant is known for going above and beyond, such as when the owners surprised a family with catering at a funeral, feeding over 500 people without charge. It’s a good place for family or work events, and the food is definitely worth trying. Vallejo's Restaurant continues to impress with its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Recent reviews highlight the very large portions, including the small nachos carne asada and flautas chatas, which customers found too much but too good to stop eating. The spot has a very standard Cal-Mexican food vibe, with a family-owned feel. Service remains friendly with a smile, and the food is very good, with plates filled with plenty of food and great flavor, making it a favorite for many.
