They have a huge menu but they aren’t very accommodating if you want to eat in. They don’t even have cutlery readily available. They don’t have extra napkins and are super stingy on salt, pepper, chili oil. I think they prefer you take food out.

Hidden fees. When I received my receipt I noticed there were two hidden fees. 1) Service charge of 15% for parties of 5 or more. When I asked the staff about this service charge, they said it was on the menu. It turns out that this service charge is NOT on the main menu when you walk in (which the staff member acknowledged), but only in small print on the menu next to the cashier. Given that it is not on the main menu, I would expect to not be charged for it, but the staff member did not agree. Even if the service charge was clearly labeled, these are usually reserved for places where you have a waiter and not when you are coming up to the counter to order food. 2) They charge you 5% for paying with a credit card. I am almost certain that credit card companies are not charging the restaurant 5% for credit card transactions. If these are clearly posted then I can choose whether I want to eat there or not, but they are only evident once you pay for your meal.

Order at the counter and either take food to go or dine in. Many authentic options!

Aside from being vegan which is great! The rest of this place is thoroughly uninspired and tastes like microwaveable Chinese food. With a great chef and good recipes this could be a great place.

I used to love this place until my bf and I got gnarly food poisoning from here, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I spoke to a friend about it afterwards and she told me they relentlessly fail the health inspections and she’s heard some gross things, and that they don’t always use vegan products. This prompted me to look up the health inspections documents from the last few years and what I discovered was disgusting. Roach infestations, food left out all day… needless to say I will never be back.

**Happy Cow needs to update the hours for this restaurant. I will add a picture of days and times** This is such a cute vegan spot. I am visiting from out of town and this was close to our hotel. The restaurant was empty when we walked in. Maybe because it was a rainy day. We were welcomed in, but the energy of the staff was super low the entire time. A group came in after us and one of the workers said, " This is why you don't say things out loud" We got our food quick! Everything was delicious! I would come back!

Staff was super friendly and kind. We weren't in the mood for something really oily so thought the Vegan Bowls would be the most veggie-forward / least oily: General Tso Bowl and Teriyaki Bowl. Faux meat was still quite oily. Flavor in both was really great though. really fast service too. Also got a really delicious matcha bubble tea!

Legit vegan- not quite Whole Foods plant based - not quite organic, but a darn fine spot for tasty vegan goodness. Definitely going back!!

I have ordered here a few times and I have enjoyed each dish I have tried, plus it is wonderful for our planet, so totally worth a try! Even just reducing your meat consumption by 1/7 would help so many plant, animal and human lives. 🫶♻️🌍

Certainly a good to spot for vegans! We had the kung pao chicken and wonton noodle and for starters the steamed and the fried wonton! Food came in under 5min so no wait for getting hangry
