Didn't have what I ordered and didn't tell me until I'd already been waiting for 5 minutes, played bad country music, and they don't open at the time listed on google (I've gone there starving just for them to be closed even though they should've opened 20 minutes ago).

Good customer service, responsive, respectful, and polite employees. They are patient, and helpful on the top of that they listen carefully to the customers while customers placing their orders. They are located on I Street downtown Sacramento, CA, and the restaurant is pretty much big with a capacity of more than 50 customers at once. The restaurant is not only organized beautifully, but super clean because these employees take hygiene seriously, and make sure the customers have the greatest experience at their clean restaurant. The restrooms have code which will be given after placing your order, but unfortunately if you are not a customer, then forget using the restrooms because it is customers only. This restaurant is Halal, and they serve different kinds of Halal food, so the choice is yours. They have a small buffet called Salad Bar too which is ready to use after 11 am daily with different prices, also it includes soups too hot or cold depending on your preference. Besides that you can place your orders if you don’t want to eat something from that small salad bar buffet or you can use it as a side dish. In addition, you can order different kind of coffee, and drinks because they have a small coffee bar at the corner which makes it easier, and enjoyable too When it comes to prices, then obviously it is not cheap because most of Halal restaurants are expensive, and on the top of that this restaurant is located in Downtown Sacramento,California, so double expensive for sure because California is expensive in general. They offer different services like dining in, delivering, to go, pick up, and catering, so again pick what you want, also their website is helpful when it comes to placing orders. You can place your order in many ways , but in person is the most recommended one, also the wait times is vary depending on your orders because some dishes take longer than others,so patience is the key. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible plus friendly, but the seats are not that much comfortable for physically handicapped customers, use your own accommodations. The parking is not easy to find because it is Downtown, so obviously not free too. That is why find a place where you can park easily, lawfully, and will enjoy your meal peacefully don’t forget paying the parking ticket; otherwise, you will be paying a huge fine ticket. My experience was not good at this place because the portions of the food doesn’t much the price I paid , and in general the food is expensive equaling the portions because the portions of their food is not adults it is only for a kid, so a kid can be full with that portion of food not an adult. When I asked one of the employees, then he ignored me that is why I’m not giving them business again. Overpriced, ignorant, and small portions not recommending to anyone.👎👎😣😣

Overpriced small portions, the Buffett is stale overcooked food. The coffee will just give you a sugar buzz (poor quality actual coffee) and very expensive $6 for mainly just creamer. they promise $5 off parking but they do not honor. Please CARB employees do yourself a favor and don’t waste $25 for a substandard lunch.

I've recently been going there for lunch. The food is consistently good. Ordering is done at the counter or online. The servers have all been friendly and helpful. Drinks are bottled - Coke & Pepsi products available. Chips are only Miss Vickies brand. I haven't eaten at the salad bar but it always looks fresh. Seating options are tables and chairs only - no booths. View is of Cesar Chavez Park and nearby buildings on I Street.

Excellent sausage breakfast burritos and beef & lamb gyros. Fell off my diet since I stepped foot in there.

I got the gyro and there was practically no tzatziki on it and the meat was very very dry. I do not recommend this based on the overpricing and lack of ingredients and sauce

PROS: The customer service was great, which is the first thing I judge at any place. The cashier helped us by asking what we liked eating and he made delicious recommendations. The establishment was also very clean and bright, good atmosphere. The food was so fresh and delicious! Personally, best Mediterranean food we've had in the 530/916 area.

CONS: Not much parking close by. Bathroom is hidden in the back and you need a code to get in. They didn't warn us the olives in the salad had pits, but luckily I tasted mine first then warned the kids about the olives. Bottled drinks only, no fountain drinks.

The late weekday lunch was underwhelming. The chicken gyro was bland and dressing was lumpy and warm. The dining room and extra seating area was dirty. The restrooms could use a cleaning. We won't return.
