It's my first time ordering a mocha frappe. I thought it was going to be made with chocolate, however, the guy who made it, told me that it's never made with chocolate and it's called mocha chocolate frappe. So next time I'll be more specific. All in all this mocha frappe is really delicious. Highly recommend it.

I guess some people in the reviews here have a problem with their donuts being homemade instead of manufactured and flawless or something, because honestly? I think the fact that these donuts are hefty, juicy, sometimes crispy on the edges, sometimes with fresh, warm frosting still drying, etc. is a strongpoint of Village Express rather than a flaw. The staff are always kind and accommodating, and they give you a lot of substance for a low price– donuts here are big, and they never skimp on frosting, jam, cream, or what have you. They’re open much later than most donut shops too, which is great for people who love donuts and hate mornings. It’s a wonderful little shop, much better than somewhere corporate; just don’t eat more sugar than you can handle!

I love supporting small businesses but $1.75 for one small maple bar is ridiculous. Not doing it

This was the saddest donut shop I've ever visited. The lady who worked there seemed so unhappy. The donuts looked (and tasted) like they were marinated in depression. Lumpy and thick - it was as if the donuts just didn't care anymore. I should've walked right out but thought, "they're donuts they can't be that bad." They were. The space is actually really cute, like it would be a nice place to have a coffee with friends, or do homework after school. Hopefully, they can turn this place around.

Donuts upset my whole family's stomach. Burnt apple fritters, dry donut holes & discolored Mable bars. Even the simple glaze were extra greedy. The donuts taste like they were fried in old greese?? I will contact the owners regarding the bad taste @ $19 not acceptable.

Was in the neighborhood with my dad, and was telling him Village has the best maple bars. It was after 3pm, and we decided to make a u-turn and stop in. Even though it was not the morning warm and hot from being freshly baked they were still just as good and made fresh that day. We each got a maple bar, and we got a ham and cheese croissant to share (forgot to snap a pic). As always an amazing experience for the taste buds! If you've never been stop in, trust me, they won't disappoint.

The man that works there is never ready in the morning. Serves day olds and is rude. The last time he actually argued with me because I misread the board! Unfortunately I will never be back again. I used to love this place. Drive a little farther and go to Marie's or Donuts and Coffee.

I used to love this place! The donuts were always good and even warm in the morning. Now it seems even if you get there at 8am they are missing many varieties! The cases are dirty and not kept up. It seems if you get there any earlier they are selling day olds!Sorry to write this because I used to be a big fan.

Each time I come here around 7am he is never ready all of the donuts are yesterday items with fresh ones later. Even when the fresh ones are out they are extremely undercooked and doughy you can drink them more then eat them. I am also sick of he's attitude if you are a regular you get he's nice side.Today I thought I give this moron one more chance he was actually serving fresh donuts this early. There was one lady ahead of me with her son and he keeps bringing the fresh donuts trays ignoring her or if he did say something it was low tone. Around 4 minutes pass another customer a guy shows up. Still waiting he brings the last tray and instead of taking the lady's order he serves a coffee to the guy behind me and I had it so I left.I'm sorry to anyone that does love this shop but I'm tired of being ignored and served day old donuts for the upteenth time. P.s clean your damn store the cobwebs have brown dirt on them and you need to wash your hands after a transaction before going back to your over rated doughy donuts.

Oh my. These are the heaviest, greasiest donuts ever :( the oil they're cooking with must not be hot enough because the dough is soaking it all up. Paper bag, napkins & fingers covered in oil slick ?
