After 2 super stressful weeks of moving we took a break and had dinner at the Virgin Sturgeon. We found our new favorite restaurant. The walk from the street to the restaurant is a marina experience. The atmosphere on a cold evening was warm, cozy, and inviting. The crew reminded me of the height of 1965 marina culture. We ate Smoked Salmon salad, Crab cake sliders, chicken sandwich, and a steak sandwich. The table went silent during eating. The food was seasoned to perfection and two of us cleaned our plates because of how delicious and well portioned the sandwiches are. The price is lower than expected for the excellence of the food, cocktails, and ambiance. I highly recommend this place for a quiet cozy meal on the river.

Pretty good food overall. Friendly staff and a lot of patrons are polite. You may need to go up to the bar to be served if you are sitting outside; however, the food is delivered rather quickly and the staff is very kind and helpful.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had the cutest little waterside meal the other night as the moon rose over the horizon just after sunset :D
Soup of the day was delicious, the fish was tasty, and the drinks were a smidge sweet but still good!

Great Food, Fair Price!
My Wifie and I had a fantastic lunch at the Virgin Sturgeon. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality. I highly recommend the sturgeon with lemon capers—it was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot-on. My wife loved her crab sandwich. The atmosphere was also great, and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back! This place is best if you're getting off your jetski or boat.

Well...Marvelous Mavin JaStone, the queen of the Bay City roller derby team called me up, and asked me if I could run my snake through her pipe. She just bought a place up in Sac, not far from The Virgin Sturgeon Restaurant, and it seems she's have a little drain problem. I flat out told her No! But...I'd bring my boy Skidmark up to Sac, and he'd tackle the job. He took the job properly and satisfied her to no end, while I went to the Virgin Sturgeon Restaurant, for some deliciously amazing food. 5 stars and worthy of a two hour drive!
