We were 2 separate parties (party of 4 & Party of 3 us) we told our coworkers/friends where we were going to eat and they decided to come but they would not seat us separately. I know now why???? I asked for 2 tables cause we were 2 separate parties arriving separately and I wanted our own table. I know why the host told me “WE DONT HAVE 2 tables open” Cause they wanted to tack on the 18% gratuity which is bullshit! For 7 big Polynesians and 1 lousy grill to cook our barbecue meats made me angry but I did not want to make a huge fuss. Then the kicker is we EACH end up paying $51.88 PER PERSON. it’s a RIP OFF cause it took forever to cook our meats for party of 7🤬. Guys here’s the KICKER, for us to get the VALUE of our monies worth I made it a point that when server brought our 6 pieces of MEAT for 7 of us (guys the GALBI/KALBI short ribs only came AS 1 PIECE equates to 1 order😱🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬) I asked our server to please bring another order of our 6 meats. When she came to bring our 2nd order of 6 meats I then asked for our 3rd order our server says “Oh sorry you cannot order another 6 meats yet you have to wait😱😱😱🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬” after that i stopped eating🤬🤬🤬”
Then the RICE was OMGGGGGGGG thee worst rice ever which was so soggy wet rice and we complained about the rice and the waitress says “oh sorry that’s all we have🤬” not even taking our concerns to be addressed with MANAGER!
We asked for water for everybody and we did not get our water until towards the end of our meal.
This place sucks and I’m so angry that I chose this place cause we had such a wonderful experience at QPOT in San Jose and we thought it would be the same.
Guys, the HOT POT selection is crappy! They had only 2 types of shrimp for their seafood. And on the conveyor belt was supposed to have more items for hotpot etc and it was a major failure!
When we were leaving I said nicely to the HOSTS (young man) that the RICE was horrible and it was so watery and mushy and they really need to address that cause without RICE it defeats the whole purpose of us patronizing an AYCE KOREAN Barbecue. I told him PLEASE address this with your OWNERS/MANAGERS!!!!!
The OWNERS/MANAGEMENT need to better train their SERVERS & HOSTS!
And I would not recommend you wasting your money on SEAPOT! You’re better off staying away from these BIG CORPORATE AYCE KOREAN BARBECUE restaurants and give your business to a small mom and pop AYCE for KOREAN barbecue! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SEAPOT HOT POT & AYCE KOREAN BARBECUE🤬
1 more VIP INFO: DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES in your cars! This area is located in the GHETTO and when we came out of SEAPOT our friends SUV rear window was smashed and they stole our friends backpack
W/his wallet that had credit cards and ID’s. There was no cash in his wallet but when we flagged down the RENT A COP SECURITY GUARD he says very nonchalantly “Oh yah a car gets broken into windows smashed EVERY SINGLE DAY😳😱🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”. DO NOT LEAVE IPADS/LAPTOPS or anything of value in your car EVER!!!!!
Parking: BEWARE security informed us that a car gets broken into windows smashed at least 1 time EVERY DAY😳😱🤬

I wish I had a larger stomach and a better appetite. I did not get the chance to try all the things. But everything I tried was excellent!

22 dollars for some kbbq⁉️
Lord forgive us all, a steal one must say.
From the get go, this place seems nice. On the outside, it seems plain and simple and nothing gives away the inside. The parking lot is pretty spacious and its not usually empty or filled. The inside is nice, well designed and feels comfortable, it just makes you feel at ease. It also doesn't have any windows so you dont notice the light outside or how much time has passed. Classic casino tactic, however they may benefit from that. The service we received was also quick and good (shoutout to her). Once seated we placed our order within 5 minutes and received our first of many batches of meat quickly. The quality of the meat is really good, among the best I've had in sac. Tender and juicy. The beef toro and the garlic pepper tender flap brisket I believe (had sesame on it) were absolutely amazing and definitely the go for. They are a bit thicker and do take a bit longer to cook so do expect that but definitely worth it. The items on the conveyer belt also did move a bit fast and I didnt grab much because it seemed that they were mostly hotpot items but thats a cool little touch. They also had a pretty wide selection of sauces which is nice. One thing I wish they had (just me being fat) is a desert option but it is what it is. Doesn't change this place from being as amazing as it is. Absolutely worth it. I loved everything and the food was amazing and definitely matched with the atmosphere. Would definitely come again during lunch because the price is just right.
Parking: Large parking lot in the front and is never filled.

Me and my gf went for our anniversary. For that night we chose Hot Pot and will try the KBBQ next time. We loved the food, the service was great and the atmosphere was great too!
My gf is currently recovering from a knee injury and the employee that sat us down was very patient and accommodating, she got us a table much closer so my gf wouldn't have to walk far.
The server, while very busy, was also very efficient and came to check on us/asked us how everything is.
The reason I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because while everything else was great the floor was slippery probably cause of the combination of the rain we were having that night and whatever they use on the floor. Unfortunately, we almost slipped once or twice. So be careful if you go when it's raining.
Nonetheless, once her knee recovers we will definitely be back to

I love Seapot! Such great options on the conveyor belt and meat options to choose from at a reasonable price (per person). I love being able to add anything I want into my hotpot! Udon noodles are my favorite options! And there are so many different options for noodles, meats, and veggies. I also enjoyed the salad bar as it provided a variety of sauces and side salads. Most of all, I loved the ambience of the room, the interior was aesthetically pleasing to look at and fits the whole vibe.
Vegetarian options: If offered AYCE hotpot, on the conveyor belt they offer a variety of veggies and noodles. At the salad bar it is all vegetarian. Mushroom broth and herb broth are two vegetarian options. They also offer a small seafood option for lunch and for dinner deluxe they offer crab and lobster. Still enjoyable. :)
Parking: Parking is free and very spacious
Kid-friendliness: Suitable for children.

Saw the place on social media and thought to give it a try. I love the food, service, and atmosphere. But, I do understand it's business and give everyone a chance to eat as well. I still didn't like being rushed out with only an hour and a half dining experience even when it's rush hour. I was trying to finish what I was eating without rushing myself as I was gradually getting full. I personally don't like food going to waste. But since I wasn't allowed to stay longer to finish, there wasn't much option for me. I didn't see any sign where it mentioned rush hour time limits the customers' stay, nor was I initially informed before all that potential food went to waste. Overall, it was okay. I'm just not sure about coming again if I'll be rushed out again next time.
