Google keep banning my reviews, im very bless u guys dont get to see half my reviews… Firstly i wanna thank the service people I know how hard it is to do food service… never coming back here ever again worse experience i ever had please get out of my city bring back sizzlers.

Somebody didnt wash their hands or kept the uncooked food out for too long. Either way the food was contaminated.

Went there recently and my wife got food poisoning. Beware of the conveyor belt of raw ingredients in a perfect warm breeding ground for bacterias.

The food was very delicious and the staff are very kind! Highly recommend coming here!!

I absolutely love coming here!! Truthfully I come here so often they should have a copy of my card LOL. The service no matter who the server is, is always beyond fantastic! The price is great for all included and they never make me feel like an inconvenience for taking my time!! I truly love this place and am always glad to come back!

First thing I do when I walk into a restaurant I go to the bathroom wash my hands ✋.

The bathroom smelled like a dirty cantina, south of the border. At this point I thought, maybe this is not a good idea.

Being such a lover of korean food, I fought through it. If the odor was so bad and penetrated into the restaurant dining area. I would have left instantly.

Until... halfway through my dining the air conditioning unit turned on and I could now smell the horrible odor from the men's bathroom.
I can't swallow my food at this time which I spit out.

I called the server over and asked her to take a good whiff of the ambient air ...
I asked her to send the manager into the bathroom. I never heard back from either employee. Paid my bill left the tip .

Overall, the restaurant is mediocre.I don't like cooking for myself at the table. I will never go back.

Visited Seapot recently and was impressed by both the food and the overall dining experience. This isn’t your typical hot pot restaurant. You can choose hot pot, Korean BBQ, or enjoy both at the same time, which makes it a great option for groups with different tastes. The conveyor belt constantly brings around vegetables, seafood, noodles, and other ingredients, while the staff regularly delivers fresh meats directly to your table. you create your own combinations.

Food is fresh and yummy. People I was with really enjoyed it. Me, mediocre. It is not my style.

It can be quite chaotic the first couple of times you go. Get your sauces and add-ins while you’re waiting for your soup and/or meats to arrive. The person sitting by the belt will be busy grabbing all the sides so best to do this before your food arrives. It’s as good as you make it.

Food was so good, my boyfriend proposed 😭

This was so fun, the meat was so tender and flavorful, and the shrimp was nice. I got the miso hotpot broth, and it went great with the mushrooms and greens. I definitely want to try the healthy herb or mushroom next time. The curry broth tastes a lot like cumin, but I liked the miso better. The pork belly was sooo good, I would definitely order more of it. Beef toro, ribeye, berkshire pork, and brisket were very good. If you don’t like the food here, you didn’t cook it right. There are plenty of sauces to choose from, as well as sesame oil, oyster/fish sauce, and various seasonings for the grill. 10/10 a wonderful experience, and a great afternoon afterwards 😁💍

They played music I liked, kpop and 2010 pop songs.

The food was good and flavorful, but the Coca Cola soda tasted different than regularly what I drink.

Given a busy day (Friday and Graduation), our server was attentive and had a friendly and joyful interaction with my group. Shout out to Jessica, who recommended me the cooling tea after I asked which would be the sweetest. I drank it and it was indeed sweet like sweet tea at McDonald’s. Great job with the recommendation!

Price was around $27 per person at 1PM on a Friday. Prices may vary for others.

Really loved this place as my first hot pot experience. Got this as a recommendation. The Thai chili base is so freakin good! They have the revolver that has toppings for your hot pot & also a bar for the Korean bbq.

Downside is the table has to agree on one selection meaning everyone has to do hot pot, or k bbq or both. Table can't be split.

The prices are pretty good during the week but be mindful they don't carry over to the weekend.

I loved going to the seapot in sj, so was super excited when sac opened a seapot! This location is also pretty enormous with many tables for huge parties. We went on a Friday night around 7:30PM and only had to wait about 10 mins! They do have the online waitlist to check wait times though if it does get busy. Seapot is ayce. You order meat and beverages through your server and then any extra ingredients you can retrieve from the revolving conveyor belt. I like seapot but I realized that if you have a party bigger than 4, it can be a bit inconvenient to grab plates for people that can't reach the conveyor since it's only on one side. I like the idea but the downside is that other tables may take a plate before it reaches you and I've noticed that some of the ingredients aren't super fresh. Seapot does have a sauce bar and a some hot food items available as appetizers! The staff were attentive and checked up on my table pretty frequently. Plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza. Definitely recommend coming here for lunch since prices are a lot more affordable!
