I bought a camouflage pink cake with gold stars and matching cupcakes for my daughters 10th birthday. The person who took my order never said that design was not available. However when I picked up the cake the first thing was the camouflage design was not there the stars were not there they ended up just giving me a pink cake with pink cupcakes. Secondly I had an issue with the way the cakes are supposed to look. When you get a two layer cake you cut the bottom cake top off so that the cake sits on there correctly however they did not do this and they just put two cakes on top of each other and try to frost it. The problem was that with that the cake kept sliding off of the bottom layer and you could tell that there was two layers on the cake it was so lumpy and falling over. Then I was very upset because the whip cream frosting that I had requested was not even cool it was too liquidy and running all over the place. They gave me $10 off of the price of the cake because the camouflage was not there however I could care less I was more pissed off at the overall presentation of the cake. I will never go back to Walmart for my children's cakes I am highly upset at how they looked and I was so disappointed I wanted to cry because my baby's birthday cake was messed up and because it was the day of her birthday I did not have time to have them do a brand-new cake. I have gotten cakes from this Walmart before but never a personal creations so I will never do that
