It’s a waste of time coming here they will stare right at you while standing there waiting for someone to take your order and then they just never do they walk away from you and just leave you stand there person opinion they need new staff and management if that’s what they let go on SHUT IT DOWN

First and LAST time at this location. I went through the drive through, ordered a #3 with spicy nuggets, a large fries, and a large Oreo brownie frosty. Already on the freeway before I realized they gave me regular nuggets and didn't even blend the frosty, just put some drizzle on the side of the cup and a few Oreo crumbs on top. They also didn't give me my receipt and when I looked at my credit card statement, they over charged me by 30%. Seems like they gave themselves a nice tip. Probably why they didn't give me a receipt when they handed back my card and the food.

I visited Wendy’s last Monday (9-29-2025; the picture below shows the rewards being granted as I went through the drive thru to order my food and used the rewards at the window). The food was good but I believe there was something wrong with my Chicken sandwich deluxe from the biggie bag meal. I bit into and it tasted kind of wonky but I didn’t pay it no mind at the moment. Fast forward about 4 hours later I was vomiting (I believe I got food poisoning) all night and it was a terrible experience for me. I had to miss my classes at Sac State for a day and a half due to the nauseous feeling I had all day (along with a 102 fever) and I couldn’t eat anything solid for 2 whole days. I like Wendy’s but I am highly skeptical on returning at all to this establishment.

The staff was not professional, this was July 29 2025. I have been so busy but I wanted to share my experience.

There is a strange establishment nearby so that could make things really weird for them but they were not using the app and couldn't take it. Then tried not to give me my receipt and very combative.

I go to the Wendy's in my hometown and this was the worst service I received at a Wendy's. Hopefully they have improved.
