Wendy’s is the only fast food job I had as a kid. Although I rarely eat fast food anymore, Wendy’s is often my first choice because I know how everything is prepared. Cook the patty, ready to drop on a bun to serve. If there’s no bun there, it goes into a pan for tomorrow’s chili.
I arrived right at the transition to lunch. So the people were polite enough, chicken nuggets were fresh, self serve soda machine was fully loaded (rare anymore), but the burger was absolutely cooked yesterday and pulled from a warming drawer. Thin, dry, semi burnt. I walked to the counter and sure enough, there were boxes of items on the grill where there should have been heat.
I would have been fine if they told me that they weren’t ramped up for lunch yet. But to neglect the biggest thing that Wendy’s prides themselves on, fresh cooked burger, they failed.
So, maybe you fine if you go well after 11am.

Menu needs to be updated with more options. Burgers were pretty dry and boring. Left feeling like my time, gas and especially money was wasted and I doubt that I will eat here again. Everything there just seemed basic.

Doors clearly stated that lobby closes at 10:00 PM. Doors are closed at 8:00 PM. Try to patronize this establishment, but was denied access. Was not driving, right down the street in my hotel so I decided to walk. Disappointed.

Lots of homeless around. Cashierd are rude and charge you more than what you ordered and ignore you when ask for receipt. Last visit was a joke and rudly treated. Was overcharged by at least 10. Bucks for a cheese burger and single baconator when asked for receipt she tore it off and crumpled it up and tossed it. Rude from the get go. Not first time overcharged. I quit going to this location unfortunately close to freeways so the don't even notice my absence food is not that good either. Usually cold by time you get it
Don’t go to the drive-through because the girl with the glasses will hear you make a order and decide not to give you all your order

Ok so they have a new fosteie I tried it wish I had just got the chocolate ,didn't finish it chicken popcorn to dry fried my French frys to long so I wasn't happy
