I tried the new mushroom burger. Looks like it was prepared ahead of time. Hardly any mushrooms. Didn’t look at all like their add. I not going to get it again. It was small also.

I ordered my food through the drive thru, she repeated it back it it was still WRONG!! Communication is key. I didn't order spicy food... Trashed it. Allergic to pickles... Trashed it. No time to run back n forth during your 1/2 hr lunch. I am so mad. $39 nothing edible. Why just why??? 😭

I visited Wendy's recently and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the service was efficient and friendly. Food was not good at all, fries soggy, Bacon burger...very little bacon, stale bun. Disappointed in overall quality...never again. The area is dirty, Arden-Arcade is going downhill, so is this Wendy's store.

Wendy's has kept its food quality steady enough throughout the years, and this location delivers.
It's not fine food, but it's perfectly good food for the money relative to the other fast food places in north Arden.

So I ordered a wrap chicken sandwich, I don't remember exactly what it's called, but they brought me this sandwich with practically no meat or sauce, that is, just bread with cheese and herbs, and it was also cold. A terrible establishment
