I’ve come to this Wendy’s a couple of times for lunch and they’ve messed up my order twice. I’ve called to get it fixed and no one answers the phone. One time I was charged for a meal when all I wanted was just the sandwich. Orders keep getting messed and terrible customer service yet fast food workers deserve $20 an hour right? ?

Website/account info is awful! When I opened the app, it showed Dave's Single for $1.00, but when I went to account app, it was not in offers, although I had just seen it listed there 5 minutes earlier. It is also hard to order more than one item when scanning in restaurant. Very disappointing!!!!!

Three people waited, almost 15 minutes to have our order taken, and nobody took the order. Two workers, one young man in a man bun was just standing around looking lost. A gentleman who I presume was the owner dressed very nicely, just looked around and did absolutely nothing.
