I used to like this place. But the new staff they hired are horrible. Don't bother using the rewards there through drive tru they don't even mention if your rewards go trought and when you catch it they will give a dumb response like the machine is broken or it's the app issue. No problems with mcd and no problems with bk. Just horrible.

My experience at this store was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. The elderly lady who had a Manager Name tag was the worst.
#1 The customer before me had not even finished ordering when she was asking me to get started on my order.
#2 Didn't know any of the menu items on the kids meal. Was all over the place frantically turning the signs above the register. Asked what my coupon was and when I showed her she didn't want to look at my coupon.
#3 she was jittery and didn't make any sense.
I'm sure all of this was because of some sort of drugs. If I seen one of my employees act like that I'd drug test em.
In the end I just asked for a refund and decided not to do business with this one individual. I'd love to return but not while she is working

Dining area needed attention. Tables needed to be cleared & wiped down. Floors needed to be swept & mopped. They weren't busy when we were there, so they had time to clean up

I ordered a fish sandwich at the drive thur. When i got home to eat my fish sandwich the fish was over cooked and dry. I called Wendys and got their voicemail.i left my name and phone number.
